If I could leave a -0 I would. I never had as much trouble out of 1 person in my life’ EVERYTIME ‘ i go to this branch to cash my check. The lady in the drive through always leaves the driver through to help me and always gives me a hard time cashing my check’. You have to have 2 forms of i.d. Birth certificate, Mothers maiden name’ Height, weight, Where you were born’ ,the doctors name that delivered you’ His social Security number, His high school’s geography teachers social security number, Her Cousin’s next door neighbor’s doctors address..Ohh and what vehicle you drive. And I could have swore I heard her ask for my mileage

Rude staff, teller rolled her eyes and me and the person next to me for asking for services that a bank would provide even though they close soon, i get it.. but no need to be rude.. people getting off work to catch the bank as well...I'm in awe though. Guess I'll take my business else where. Don't come here and get disrespect everyone..

I'm sick of a bank telling me what and when I can get money . A ten day hold on a chase bank Certified check. That's sorry business. I don't get a bill and say oh that's to much I'll wait 10 days to pay it ... no it's due

This location is extremely understaffed and the drive thru is never open. It stays busy here and should be staffed as such!!! Also, other staff members pass by as you’re waiting and don’t speak or acknowledge your wait. If there is a long wait at the teller line, why is a teller handling service issues? A lot could be done to maximize efficiency and customer experience here at this branch.

Apparently they won’t accept cash deposits at the moment. BOA being the regular disappointment, makes you wish you changed bank.

Wow. Scheduled an appt to speak to a banker, who called an hour before the appointment to tell me, she’d rather me do it online. Thanks. Like I didn’t know you could do things like this online, but I actually wanted to sit down with someone and talk to her but she blew me off. Nice.

Bank of America no longer has customer phone service! They expect you to make an appointment instead of answering your phone call. You will have to hunt for a call center number ( 1 (844) 255-8480,,,116208 ) and then wait for someone to answer your questions. Very pathetic!

I worked with Lauren and several others at this bank. I think they have seen the negative reviews and are doing a great job to help their customers. They were proactive and very attentive.And friendly. Definitely have turned things around.

This place is so under staff. Makes you want to close your account with bank of America. This is how bad it is. Waited more than 30 minutes just to do domestic wire, absolutely ridiculous.The only Eason I gave 2 starts is Lauren - she was nice and took care of everything.
