I almost gave 2 stars simply bc I absolutely loved B&BW once upon a time. I used B&BW products from around 2000 through 2022. Historically, I purchased bags at a time of wallflowers and bags of soaps from the stores and online throughout this time. I gave B&BW gifts and gift cards and outfitted my home with my favorite fragrances and decorative wallflower plugs until their policies changed with no forewarning and their associates in the Burlington, NC and Friendly Center locations began treating customers as if they were thieves when items were returned. The only store associates acted remotely sensible is the B&BW outlet store in Selma.I am not going to spend ANY money EVER with a company who does not appreciate my business. I called compound they stood beside these associates. The rude associates B&BW hired to enforce their changes were a bit too much for me. The rudeness I experienced as I simply asked questions was more than enough for me to stop shopping with this company.I boycott that business now and encourage everyone I know to seek other options for all the products they grew accustomed to using. I make my own handsoaps, I use other kinds of home fragrances and candles..never cared for B&BW candles anyway.Tonight I made the decision to go there and pick up a few wallflowers as I could not find the Airwick Sandalwood (great fragrance) that I've been purchasing since 2022.I arrived at the Alamance Crossing store around 7:24pm. I sat in the car finishing up a conversation. I sa an associate walk over to the door as if to lock it..I decided to run on in. I attempted to go to the door. It was locked. It was 7:32 pm. The associate looked at me. Then looked away. There were a couple of ppl in the store..signs pointing from what use to be the front door indicating entrance was at the White Barn section.I hope every one of these stores will be forced to go out of business bc they clearly don't appreciate their customers or otherwise.Good riddance B&BW ..I saved that $50 this night!!! I shall not dock or attempt to dock your doors again until you're gone and another business occupies that space!!

Guys, Bath and Body Works branded products smell really great, however, if you order online from this location, there's no telling when your order will be ready. Don't try to call, they will give you a reason why they cant fulfill it faster, chuckle and act like it's okay and satisfactory. Bad customer service makes for bad experiences.Too many bad experiences can be bad for anyone. It isn't like it used to be.

Clean store. Lots of smells. No one was at the register and I had to go look for someone so I could pay. Lots of employees restocking but no one acknowledged us while we were in store.

I have never been in this one before, people are very friendly and helpful. I love the many different selections they have here and the store is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend that people give them a try.

I was blessed with some gift cards from my students! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted (I believe her name was Lindsey??) Anyway, she let me know what sales were currently being offered and made sure to check on me! I loved what I got. The sale was $3.95!!! Several different lotions and fragrances on sale!!! Regardless of this particular sale I'll be back! I like this location at Alamance Crossing!

Everyone was very nice and helpful without being pushy, but it was just disappointing because they don't have anything new they are just repackaging the same stuff over and over and that gets very frustrating I don't understand that situation at all however I did find what I needed and I was having a problem with my app, and the woman was very nice and patient.

Went in with online coupon and they said they are a test store and can’t honor it unless I buy online. Customer service said that isn’t correct and they should have honored it. The worst is they knew I had the code but still gave incorrect info and then told me to pay online. A waste of time.

Didn't get greeted when I walked in the door because the girl was standing their on the phone, didn't think much of it until the woman after me walked in and she was greeted and offered a basket. Not one worker spoke to me, but they spoke to everyone else. Once I was ready to check out, I approached the cashier..and with a dead look on her face says "I'm waiting for that customer over there to pick another item" meanwhile the line is backing up with 4 more people behind me. Rude. Just rude. You shouldn't pick and choose who you want to give service to in the store you should treat all customers equally. Really disappointing. And before anyone even says it, I am a Caucasian female.

We enjoyed visiting this location. They had an associate at the door who helped us several times and who was greeting the customers upon arrival. They didn't have a couple of items were asked about, but we purchased several items as gifts. The store was clean and well organized. The floor associates were friendly and the checkout line went fairly fast.
