“Battery wasn’t working in our F350 truck . Husband was stranded with building materials he had just loaded. He called me to come and get the battery from him (was still under warranty from O’Reilly’s) so he could stay with our truck. I took the battery to O’Reilly’s to have them check out/exchange. Amber checked it and quickly got me a replacement battery which Robert was kind enough to carry to my car for me. Took the new battery to my husband and he was back on the road again, bringing the materials home. Amber and Robert were both courteous and professional in assisting me.
