Maria at this location should not work here because she lacks the proper knowledge on the products being sold at this location. I brought a new phone to upgrade and I asked did my new phone require a sims card or do I have to purchase a new? Maria stated I had to purchase a new one after looking up my account and verifying my information. Something didn’t sit well in my spirit so I decided to call customer support and was informed that I didn’t need a new sims card. I go in to return the sims card she tells me no refunds on the sims card even though SHE WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO BUY IT. I’ve been a customer of boost mobile since 2010. Definitely looking for a new service.

After waiting 30 mins for the worker to come back off of break(note left on door), I went to try to purchase a SIM card to activate my new phone. The worker told me I would have to pay $25 for them to actually activate it which I never heard. I have always activated my own phone from calling in. I asked for a manager or supervisor she told me they don’t have one but if I leave my number someone would reach out to me. I think it’s time for me to switch services after this encounter and I have been with boost mobile for 5 years...updated: I still after 2 weeks have yet to be contacted by anybody!

if i could give 0 stars i would i have never been treated more horrible in my life i promise you..... you will regret using this company they did me so wrong they are a horrible company and i lost a lot of respect, money, time, patience, clients, jobs, waiting and dealing with them they took 1 month to get back to me and tell me they received a broken phone threw fed ex. i sent a perfectly fine phone and now i have to pay $200.00 to fix a 100.00 doller phone no thanks do not use this company they are some scammers and i will make sure to tell everyone i know they are the worst i was in tears after dealing with this company!!!!!! please save your hard earned money people and just go any where else please!!!!!

The service is horrible. They never have an answer and your always interrupting the staff. Thats how they make you feel and the attitudes are so unprofessional.
