I had an outstanding experience at this self storage facility, thanks in large part to the incredible customer service provided by the manager, Christy. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit for my needs. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Christy truly does—and it shows. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for clean, secure storage and top-notch service!

I have finally found my new storage company to fit all of my needs. In the past, with different companies, I have felt like they just shuttle you in and out. Not here! Christy the manager on site was super helpful and you could truly tell that she cared about the transaction. She was available to help answer any questions and was kind and courteous! I’ve been a customer at Cardinal storage for years, Christy’s one of the nicest person you’ll every meet. I’ve newer had an issue here, they go above and beyond for their customers. The facility is always amazingly clean and well maintenance.

I have been using Cardinal Storage since 2000. Having been a customer 20+ years pretty much speaks for itself.
The service and care I get from this facility is excellent. The manager Christy has taken care of us for the past 15 years. She is a stickler when it comes to her customers being taken care of. I could not ask for better service from a storage facility.
5 stars for Christy and the way she maintains and operates this facility.
