Normally my experience with Carolina Nissan is not the best. I must say this one was slightly different. David in the service department told me he was fairly new, but he did what he needed to do to serve me best as the customer. Before I took my vehicle in I was aware of one issue but I wanted to confirm. Of course we know dealerships they’re always going to find something else. Fast forward to me picking up my vehicle it was diagnosed and we had vehicle fixed outside and everything that they said fixed has my truck running back smooth.Now they didn’t receive 5 stars because their communication isn’t the best. I waited on hold each and every time I called and sometimes for so long I didnt know whether to hang up and try again or to just wait (there’s no music or no check-ins while on hold). At times I was told someone would call me back and I didnt receive a call back. Im really big on customer service and that’s one thing that a few of their departments is lacking.

I went back to Carolina Nissan against my better judgement. The last 2 services i had i had to return because something wasn't done though i was charged for it. This time i go to pay and my bill was lower than normal. The only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the always amazing receptionist who notice something was off with my bill while the attendant was trying to sell me a service that I supposedly recieved 6 months ago. I have written great rebus about this place in the past, but they have gone downhill in the last year. Id rather go to Walmart at this point.

I needed an oil change and new brakes back and front. I'm so thankful that Ricky was avail to take me home and pick me back up. My car rides so smoothly now. I appreciate the outstanding service that I received.

MF's are a rip off. Came in for my last free oil change & tire rotation & they claimed it expired! I came every 5000 miles like they said & I purchased tires that day. Bullshitwon't be back there again

Hi, the technician did a wonderful job, installing my new radio and the control panel on the door. However, they didn’t have time or overlooked the order for my tires to be rotated and balanced, and for my oil and filter to be changed, but I can do that another day. They were shorthanded that day, due to people being out of work, so I understand. Thank you so very much for the excellent work that I did receive.God bless. See you soon.

I had a phenomenal experience at Carolina Nissan. Everyone that assisted me was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased three vehicles before (other dealerships), but this was the best experience. I was thoroughly educated on my vehicle, credit, financing options, maintenance, and so much more. I am extremely appreciative of the dedication and attention that I received to ensure that I purchased the best vehicle that would suit my finances and lifestyle. I have worked with many dealerships over the years. Carolina Nissan has been BY FAR THE BEST experience I have ever encountered. Our salesman, Craven, went out of his way to find us an excellent vehicle at an incredible price. Do not hesitate to contact them for your vehicle needs. Customer service is exceptional.

I dropped my car off at 9am for a 10am appointment. They did not start on my car for a routine 20K mile checkup until after 3pm. I had to wait for an hour and a half before they completed servicing my vehicle. The attendant was rude and did not explain what was going on or why nothing was done with my vehicle while they had it. He was also rude as I was leaving as I had to ask to speak with the service department manager before anything was done or I was talked to about my vehicle. I am wondering as to what was the point in scheduling an appointment when they decided to work on my vehicle when they saw fit. It would be a problem if I didn’t pay at the time of service. This made me late for other plans that were scheduled on my time. Not considering my time as a valued customer and I will not consider serving or buying any other vehicles from this dealership. If I could rate less than a star, I would have given them that.

Bo knows cars! Best salesman at Carolina Nissan. Have bought a lot of cars from him. Mandel (finance officer) very kind person, with great attitude. Willing to explain everything you need to know and give good advice. Been doing business here since 2004.

I went in for an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned a warning light I had seen flashing. The service advisor informed me that it could take all day to diagnose the warning light. I was pretty upset at that time frame. Why don’t you have enough staff to help a customer still in her warranty period?? I also scheduled online for an oil change and tire rotation for one price and option for that wasn’t there upon check on but he looked into it and was able to accommodate me. Dax over all was kind and informative and working with in what appears to major lack of staffing. He heard my frustration and managed my needs in a reasonable time frame. I will say besides Dax and the person who checked me out- not one single employee spoke to me or greeted me. Overall my needs were met but so much more could be done to keep my business.

Seen better, seen worse... seems as once you buy from them and get the car paid for they are more about trying to get a trade to get you sending more $ their way. Simple service schedule and you get bombarded with mail, calls, texts offering 'better than KBB value just for you as a valued customer to get in the seat of a new Nissan..."At times good luck even being able to schedule service. Time to find another stealership or better yet an independent garage that will actually appreciate all business!

Our sales team was great in taking the time to look and find the car I wanted. Thier customer service was on point and we felt very welcomed and yet not pushed like some other places do. Our car had to be delivered because it wasn't on the lot and had gotten there late. So they told me I could go ahead and take the car but they would set an appointment and detail and gas up the car. That was nice. Overall just a great experience.

I was able to schedule for my oil change online which was super convenient. The people here are always professional and get the job done quickly. My little one enjoyed playing at the waiting area where they have toys and puzzles for kids to play with. They offer complimentary water & coffee which was thoughtful and nice. Excellent service.

I made an appointment and then received confirmation of that appointment but when I got there exactly on time I was told I was early...a half an hour early. They said my appointment was at 4 p.m. not 3:30 p.m. I wonder if I was told that because the guy then said they were short staffed. I'd rather hear the truth than an excuse. Price keeps going up, it seems. And I'm all the time having to replace the battery in my key. Everything else was good. I still think I'll buy my next car from y'all but probably my next tires from somewhere else.

I have purchased 2 cars from them and used their service several times. Once I moved away I only used their service for major work which has not been much.. I did this as it is an hour drive one way but I liked the service department. The last time they service my car for $1700. it came back with some minor damage that had obviously happened at their location. They have refused to do anything about it so I will not be returning and will never buy a car from them again and may never buy a Nissan again as I have had issues with high point Nissan and Crown Nissan.
