My oldest child attended Childcare Network 78 for summer of 2022. She ADORED every teacher there and had the best time with Mrs. Aimee. Mrs. Amber was so helpful with making a space for my younger son to do drop-in care a few days. He has a very hard time with transitions but Mrs. Amber and her teachers in the A building made him feel welcome and safe. I remember there being a sign on the door to the classroom welcoming him. Both my children speak so highly of Mrs. Aimee and Mrs. Amber and their staff.

Let me start with the teachers they are so attentive and welcoming with my girls. My kids are home away from home and and that is a major deal for me. Ms.Lynn and Ms. Brittany are the best the director Amber is also on everything and I love it. I have had my share of daycares and this is by far one of THE BEST!!! Group of staff I’ve seen in awhile!! It’s clean the kids are happy annnnnnnnd let’s not forget the lunch lady the kids eat great when I walk in the food smells amazing theses women love their jobs and you won’t have to worry all day about your kids. Any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner I love it and you guys deserve your flowers.Updated so I spoke to soon and I'm not going to bash them but I am going to say please talk and listen to your children!!Updated: I took my kids out the daycare but I would not recommend long as Ms.Kay is there other then that I say try it watch and listen to your children not them!!! I wish Amber the best getting this place where it needs to be and with the right people!!!Signed,A Grateful Mother

We love childcare network. My three year old has been with this location since she was one. She loves coming to school each day and talks about her teachers when we get home. The staff is great, even when you can see them having a hard time they always have a smile.

I have had two of my children attend this facility and my experiences have always been positive. The staff made great relationships with them, even the cook! I would definitely recommend childcare network to others.

01/26/2023. My daughter had a cut on her face close to her eye and her eye was swollen like she had got into a fight. She is only one years old. All I can say is watch your kids some of the workers are cool but a lot of things happen there and they don’t get explained. I’m just saying I’m taking my daughter out cause this is the second time something has happen to her and it was not a good explanation. Pay attention to your kids is all I have to say. People can play nice in your face all day but what they do when your not looking is the question.

My youngest daughter has been at this facility for about 14 months now, and she's been in the infant and toddler rooms. She's been loved by all of the teachers and I'm comfortable leaving her in their care each day. Everyone knows her there, and even the dietician, Ms. Nita, shows her love and affection everyday. A special shout out to Mikayla, Britny, and Lynn for loving on my baby❤️❤️.

Child care takes excellent care of my son. He loves being there and has a great relationship with all the teachers. They are open and honest if accidents happen. They have a great daily curriculum and perfect hours.

Lack of Attentiveness Today my husband and I submitted a complaint through the Family Services team hotline for this daycare. If you would like to as well, the number is 833-407-6174. I recently read the one yelp review left about 10 months ago and it is so on point. I hope things get better because things are continuously going down hill fast. The turnover rate is ridiculous. Some of the good teachers are leaving left and right. A few now are in the process of looking for other places to work. I can not tell you how many teachers we have gone through in the past year. They are all "jumping ship". Morale is very low. No one ever knows what is going on or sees what happens to children. You get an incident report but no one sees ANYTHING. This is a pure lack of attentiveness and brings in question how safe are the children. There are so many issues going on it is just ridiculous. Where is the leadership? Where is the responsibility? Where is the accountability? No one is owning up to anything. I can go on and on about the "lack of". It is time to stop blaming things on COVID. Us as parents can assist where we can. But things can only get better if solutions are found.

I use to love this Daycare center my oldest daughter has gone to this school since she was 2 months, She is now 4 years old and I also have a 10 month old going there now. This school has went down hill from the teachers changing all the time to the directors they don't stay there long it's ridiculous how many people I have met it's like I don't even know who's watching my child and then they try to say they do the best they can do with this COVID-19 going on and they don't because it's always a case in somebody's been exposed to where my child's can't go to school it's ridiculous. The school is a mess now to the point I'm ready to take my kids out the school in change to a better daycare. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Childcare Network Burlington center has some very caring employees. The Director and Co-Director are very sweet to my child and I. The teachers take the time to explain what’s going on with the center and my child. Even though COVID has limited the parents from entering the facility at this time, I feel quite confident of the care of my child. Thank you all for what you do on a daily basis.

I am beyond pleased with the experience I and my children have had here at Childcare Network! The staff have been amazing. My children are happy and well cared for every day. My 7 year old is always ready and never complains about going in the mornings at drop off. That is probably the biggest compliment I could EVER give! My 1 year old is all smiles at the end of each day. I can't say enough how wonderful the staff here have been. I've found a place I trust and with your children there's nothing better than that!

I loved this center when my daughter first started in summer 2019. When Ms. Anna and Ms. Essica were director and assistant director the school was great! Also loved when my daughter was with Ms. Brittany F. and Mr. Chase. However, over the summer of this year the school started going downhill. I noticed teachers quitting left to right, I had no idea who my child's new teacher was (still don't know who she was with all summer), they stopped using the app they have to show you your child's day, they kept telling me my child was "visiting" another classroom which made them end up losing one of her blankets and a jacket. My daughter also came home on three different occasions with marks/scratches on her (two on her face) and nobody knew what happened when I asked about it. I worked in a childcare center myself for 5 years and have a degree in EDU, I know you are supposed to have an incident report for EVERY incident and make parent contact about it! Also with COVID going on you would think they would try to reach out to parents more being that we cannot go in the classrooms. I went to Ms. Peterson (director at the time) very nicely about the situation and she ended up waving her hand at me, walking off, and basically calling me and my child a liar. When I gave notice to take my daughter out of the school her teacher brought me her things the same day (she wasn't leaving until two weeks later). I felt this was very rude. The week my daughter left, their appeared to be a new director so hopefully this center gets back to the way it once was because it has become very sloppy and very unprofessional and I have talked to other parents who've had concerns as well.

I have a 15 month old daughter that attends Childcare Network #78. My husband and I prayed for 7 1/2 years for a child. So when we were blessed with our daughter and began to search for daycare centers we were extremely selective. To say that we were nervous about sending our daughter to daycare is an understatement. When I initially made contact with the center, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I asked tons of questions to which they were more than willing to answer. Mrs. Peterson and Mr. Brandan are more than amazing! They helped my daughter transition into her new learning environment with patience and ease. Their open communication calmed my nerves/fears about taking my daughter to "daycare". I am a Social Services Social Worker Supervisor, so I am aware of the horror stories that can happen , but not here. The staff love these children. This is not your stereotypical "daycare" center , this is a learning environment/an enrichment center. My daughter's contact with other children was limited before attending #78. I have seen such an amazing growth in her development (social and educational). The teachers are amazing. My daughter loves her teacher Ms. Myra. Ms. Myra answers questions and provides feedback to all of my questions when presented to her. They also offer the Kids Report which provides updates, pictures, and notifications about my daughter's day. I cannot say enough about the excellent care, intentional learning environment, anddetail oriented attention provided at #78.

My oldest son has been going to this daycare since he was a baby. He's now in the NC-Pre K program that offer. His teachers, Ms. Amy and Ms. Atoya are great teachers and have a great understanding of my sons special needs. They have so much patience with him and they communicate really good with me and mom. He also has to get therapy from 3 different specialist and they all come to the daycare to see him. That helps us out a lot that they are allowed to do that. This year they offered a sports program named Division One Kids Sports that is coached by 2005 UNC National Champion/NBA Player David Noel and his staff. Every 8 weeks they do a different sport. This past 8 weeks they played basketball. The best part about it is they go to the school during the day so we don't have to miss work or worry about getting him to practice. My newborn son just started a week ago (he is 7 weeks old) and he has the same teacher that my oldest boy had. I can leave him there knowing that he is going to be well taken care of and loved on just like he is one of theirs. I would highly recommend this daycare to any body!! They have gone above and beyond our expectations and I couldn't imagine sending our boys anywhere else.
