Horrible staff. Woman working Sunday February the 9th at roughly 115 pm cussed at me for not useing self checkout. Only employee in the store and told me she isn't allowed to ring people up and proceed to belittle me so I walked out

This might be one of the worst gas stations I've ever had to go to. The most convenient door is always locked they always ID me even after they've ID me once. This might as well be called an inconvenience store.

Absolutely filthy. I stopped to get gas and thought I would use the restroom but it was out of order. That is a total lie because I know the girl working at the counter is using it at some point. Please do not call yourself of a convenience store if you do not allow customers to use the restroom. That is NOT convenient. Normally I will not give my money to a place that refuses bathroom privileges, but I had already started pumping.

Newest store manager is the most unfriendly one your company has ever hired for this location. Ive been coming here years but likely won't return. She barely says hello. No thank you no have a good day. No smile. Why have someone in that position who dosent possess the necessary skills. Rude rude rude

Trying to figure out how this cashier who clearly all these reviews are about still has a job. Has not one ounce of customer service skills. She is rude and short. Clearly she is lazy and doesn’t want to work.Sorry for interrupting your phone time. I asked a question about the self serve register not taking cash and she proceeds to say “what does it say on the screen?” I’m letting her know cash is disabled, I’m trying to pay in cash. She tells me they aren’t using cash registers because they don’t have enough change to give back… I don’t need chang, I can give you exact payment. Again why can’t I pay with cash ? I’ll gladly go across the street and give my money to Bp. You’re ok with losing money to your competitors Circle K?

Interrupted cashier (term used loosely) while she was hunched over at register on her phone. No one else in line but still made me use the self checkout. Other employee said "We know how y'all are about these things". I'm on a computer ALL day and would like for someone to do their job. At least give us a discount!!

The store says they are open 24/7. But there's an employee who closes the store so he doesn't have to work. And if the store is open he gives people attitude. Not very clean and doesn't seem to follow corporate policies.

They accused us of opening a bottle of milk and it wasn't even open. So she opened it and blamed it on us and clearly see them on the camera opening it. So I'm fed up with being accused and I will not recommend this store to anybody especially my family. My husband and I didn't appreciate being accused of something we didn't do. So if there's anyway I can get a cooperates number asap because that's uncalled for. So if there's anybody going to this store, DONT GO!!! They are very fucking rude and they will accused u of something u didn't do. And also they need to stock up more because they was no creamer at all for coffee. So yeah I need the cooperates number.

This place is currently not open 24 hrs; closed at midnight. Some pumps are not working, and the store is half torn up with yellow "don't cross" tape everywhere. The staff was pleasant and the service was good.

Open at 6am no not today guess she will open when ever she wants sometimes it's 9 or 10 ya know when ever she can get up I guess
