Food & drinks: On site, Bistro never opened the entire weekend. I had to drive down the street to purchase food. Next visit, I plan to stay somewhere else.

A special shoutout to Zach at the front desk, who was not only welcoming and friendly but also incredibly helpful in guiding us to local attractions and dining options. His attention to detail and eagerness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Burlington. Five stars!"

I read some online reviews before deciding to book a room. Some were good, others...not too promising. I knew the area. This hotel was able to accommodate a room in the back (I called in advance) to avoid highway noise from the front.Upon entering room 408, everything initially seemed in order. That soon changed as we attempted to wash our hands at the sink (located outside the bathroom area). There was no soap. I asked downstairs for soap. He said the hotel is "out of soap" and apologized. Are you kidding me!! What hotel runs out of soap? So to wash hands, my husband and I opened the shower doors to squirt body wash into our hands and then proceed out of that tight space to the sink.I travel with our own pillows and blankets. Upon pulling down the bed spread, I noticed a few strands of hair on the sheet. I picked them off and didn't say anything at that time.I then received a notification from our credit card which indicated a fee $60 higher than our invoice from booking with AAA. I went downstairs to the desk again and spoke with the same young man. I showed him the actual invoice with the full breakdown of fees & taxes. He seemed flustered, didn't know what to do. He said it was probably for "incidentals" which are $50. I told him if that was the case, the math doesn't add up. He apologized once more and gave me the manager's card saying to call her on Monday. (New Years Day).I went back to my room. We took our showers & got ready for bed. It was then that I noticed a rather large insect crawling up the wall above the TV set.I called downstairs again to see if someone can come up with a swatter & step stool. The young man said they don't have anyone on staff to do that. His only option was to see if we wanted to change rooms. This is totally unacceptable as my husband and I are in our 60's with bad backs. I asked if they could guarantee no bugs in another room. No guarantee, & no soap.I contacted the manager the day after New Years Day. I sent her the pictures. She is certain it was a stink bug rather than a bed bug. In any case, even with a discount, this was the most horrible experience I've ever had in a hotel.

When i checked in the desk, cherk messed up my check-in that was on point, and i was charged twice for the room that was on points. That morning, the manager was very unprofessional and questioned me about the service my service animal provides me.

The people were very nice here. Maybe a little understaffed, but they made up for it. Everything you need for business travel.

First time staying here for a week. Rooms were clean but didn’t have microwaves. There’s one microwave in the lobby but it wasn’t clean. They have small fridges in the rooms though. Bed was comfy and we liked the balcony. Gym was nice and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Manager was nice too. There’s no continental breakfast, but there is a cafe. The staff could use some customer service training, but they did make good food and drinks. Be warned, the dump truck shows up around 5 am in the back so it can be loud.Rooms: Modern rooms, big showers, couch with ottoman, large desk area, lots of plugs, and big tv.Nearby activities: Walking distance to several restaurants and Walmart.

Stayed here on the way back home from a dog show. The suite was cozy and quiet. Also big enough for the entire family.

Don't expect any service in your room, you are on your own if you need any additional towels or room coffee. Also, don't expect any free hotel breakfast, just an expensive Starbucks in the lobby. Typical Marriott post COVID, lots of reduced services for the same room

I had a private guest pass with my wife's name on it,they wouldn't expect it because she wasn't present( she booked the room) cool no problem, but then they barely accepted my military ID because I wasn't active duty( Retired) and the customer service behind the counter was marginal at best. I'm hoping that this was just this franchise. C

The hotel was nice for limited option in the Elon area. However our room felt like the highway was in our room. No sound proofing. Barely got an hour sleep during our three night stay there at $499/night. Crazy expensive and will not stay there again. Elon needs more hotels in the area.

So the charging with the Blink network chargers here at this hotel with the Jplugs for Tesla and others, awesome! There was one time where all 4 were in use and something tripped the breakers but it was fixed in less than 13 hours. I would sincerely like to thank the hotel for the fast fix. The chargers are less than a year old according to the staff member and you can stay at them for 4 hours costing $4 an hour. There's also fast chargers right up the road at the mall. The hotel is super close to food places and it's just a really nice stop for Evs and others. However, the hotel guest rooms are in need of some updating and fresh paint. You can tell these are at least 6 years from a refresh and in good need. That all said, I gotta give some serious kudos to the bed. It's a platform bed and probably the most comfortable I've ever been in. Also, the hotel staff. Absolutely the friendliest person working the front desk I ever met. I should have grabbed her name to call her out but forgot. To you, thank you for all your assistance!

Probably the second nicest hotel next to the country inn and suites in burlington. They are both really nice but if your prefer a more corporate feeling modern hotel than I recommend this one and if you want your hotel to feel more like home than a hotel choose the country.

I visited this hotel while traveling out of state for business. Everything about this establishment was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable during my entire stay. I did not realize the breakfast bar and bar were not open during the day but that was not an issue since they are open in the evening. I highly recommend coming here for a night cap. The cocktails were top notch and the bartender Elizabeth was so sweet. The hotel is very clean and the room is so modern and updated. The king bed is so amazing and I got top quality rest during my short stay. Please do yourself a favor and book your next stay if you are in Burlington.Rooms: The rooms were updated and clean and bed was amazing.Safety: I felt like this location is located in a safe area.Walkability: The hotel us located next to restaurants and retail space.Food & drinks: The bar and bistro had amazing high quality items.
