I’ve been to this location several times and have been serviced by a young man named Jerome. Give that man a raise,m. He surely delivers in the customer service arena. A Hispanic lady, mid aged, I think she was a store manager has assisting me as well. She was kind.

They hooked me up with the exact phone I needed and wanted no pressure to buy anything I didn't need. And they transfered my contacts and Gmail account for me. Great experience no problems. Would definitely go back.

Had cricket for 20 years in New York absolutely loved it came down here seems as though most of the employees do not know what they are doing phones are the same but feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants if you need help

I called this provider because it rated higher than the other store in Burlington. "Ken" was on speaker phone, multi-tasking (which he cannot do). It was hard to hear him on speaker phone so he finally went off of speaker. I asked Ken, "can I get a plan for 3 for $90 a month as my son who has a Cricket told me". He started talking about activation charges, coming into the store, plans for 4 (I repeated I only needed 3) and spouting off these figures real fast. I am from NY and I had to ask him to slow down and clarify. While we were talking a woman customer came back to the store, said something he set up was not working, he was agitated and rude to the customer, argued with her that he just set it up and the customer said, "I want to talk to her she's good", meaning Nelly. Then he said to Nelly, that he was irritated by me asking the same question over and over! So Nelly (the only competent person in that office) took the call. It took Ken15 minutes to tell me yes, the monthly fee for the plan was $90 plus $25 activation for each line. Then he said that a hotspot would be good for my home computer and TV for &70 a month and $224 to purchase. When I asked about whether it would work better than AT&T internet he said, "well it's expensive so it must be good." When I got Nelly it took 2 minutes to confirm the plan for 3 was $90 plus activation and she was honest enough to tell me the hot spot with 30 g would not be enough for my home computer and TV. This guy is rude, impatient and has no business dealing with the public.
