I've been there multiple times and have had several different size units. Never a problem, always clean, and personnel actually seem like they care about customers and their needs.

The Storage Sense location in Burlington on Mebane Road managed by Ms. Danielle was a very positive experience. She went out of her way in cold conditions to make sure I had the unit I needed for my needs. I would highly recommend this experience if you need storage for temporary or permanent storage.
