Great store and good location, but the pharmacy... good grief. I have asked them repeatedly not to put my prescriptions on auto refill and they just keep refilling them. They might take them off for one round then put them right back on auto. In the past they have filled not filled all my prescriptions and I've had to wait on the rest. Now they fill stuff I don't need. Everyone who is ever in line in front of me always seems to have some problem with their prescription. I've about had enough.

It is no fault of the pharmacy but when I found out I can get a $500 dollar month supply of the same drug at Harris teeter for $22....I had to stop coming. This is the closest pharmacy to my home but I've had to start sending my prescriptions else where due to money which is a shame because the pharmacist at this location are usually very friendly. This is all with GoodRx taken into account by the way.

Well here we go again... another month of trying to refill prescription at this location. Call them yesterday and was told it was a day too early so I asked the guy if they would automatically fill it and he said yes. Called today and told once again " we don't have it in stock! Last month took over a week to get it and I still had to call them to see if ready. No text from them. Out of my meds for over a week. I will be changing pharmacy before next month. Plus this pharmacy is ALWAYS under staffed. Will be using independently owned from now on.

Wow this store have changed new cashiers and managers they won't take your CRT even the system took everything without issues they will deny you and would not allow you to just pay tax. Beware of this store they know better than the system!

Once again like clockwork they screwed me again. See post from 1 month ago. They're getting creative with the ways that they screw me over. This time the reason they didn't fill my prescription was because "the computer mixed up my medication with another medication that they didn't have in stock".

I would give 0 starts if I could. My father left the hospital after spine surgery at 11am one week day, took scripts for pain medicine to this pharmacy and my parents were told they had an invalid prescription they would not fill. My father was a career pharmacist and understood why a store may not initially fill that pain prescription but had all the supporting documentation they may have needed to confirm it. They would not take it and did not call the doctor's office on my father's behalf (which is best practice) to confirm the prescription and fill it. Instead, they left it to him to get back in touch with his surgeon (who had other surgeries that day) and his office to rewrite the script. This was done at 4:45 pm, so almost 6 hours without medication after spine surgery! When calling at 6:15pm for an update, we have been waiting on hold for 45 minutes to check on the status. There is no excuse for this lack of service.

It’s always really busy (probably because many pharmacies have closed) so maybe that’s the problem. They will fill your prescriptions when you show up no matter how many days they have it beforehand.

The people at this pharmacy screw me over so consistently one couldn't be blamed for thinking I was targeted by some organized stalking/harassment program they are collaborating in.

I give this pharmacy only 2 stars because the lady at the front looked absolutely annoyed out of her mind when I showed up 20 minutes before close. It's one thing if I would have came in 5 minutes before closing and bought nothing. But my husband was running an emergency cold and I needed some quick over the counter medication. I knew what I was coming in for and I came in and out just as quick. When I was paying for my things, I could barely hear her speak when she asked for my ID. I asked her "hi how are you?" And NO reply. I felt so awkward but I also felt she was being rude when she didn't smile at me or say goodnight. She did the minimal she could and I felt really under appreciated as a customer. I live 5 minutes away and this pharmacy is a good location for me. That's the only reason I'm going there because of convenience. GET NEW STAFF!!

Since moving to Elon in March of 2018, we have used this CVS location for filling our prescriptions. It has been a disaster from day one. You can drop off a prescription, being told it would be filled within an hour, only to return to be told it has not been filled. They always give the same BS excuse as any other business that provides bad customer service "We're short staffed!!!" Recently, my wife had a new prescription that was submitted. The pharmacy stated they had to order the medication and that the prescription would be available the next day after 4:00 PM. I submitted a prescription refill at the same time, being advised it would be ready at the same time as my wife's. After traveling to the location the following day, neither prescription was ready. On the next visit, they advised that they only had a partial order of my wife's new prescription. They were short 182 tablets for the prescription. They said the rest would be available the next day. The next day we returned to pick up the remaining 182 tablets of my wife's prescription as well as my prescription refill. I was advised that they had dispensed my wife's entire prescription on the previous day. On the same visit, my prescription refill was still not ready. After the 4th visit, both prescriptions were completed. This location has been notorious for having provided the absolute WORST customer service. They cop an attitude when they are advised of their poor customer service. On one of the 4 visits mentioned previously, a white male employee named Noah closed the window and walked away when I stated how bad the customer service experience had been. He repeated the same attitude on the last contact I had with him. The corporate company should be firing employees who display these unprofessional and disrespectful attitudes towards customers. The bottom line is, I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy for prescription fills and refills. Their attitudes and incompetence does not deserve the business. As a result, their paychecks should reflect their lack of service. Maybe if paychecks were to disappear, they would appreciate more who pays those paychecks.

I ordered a spiral 8x10 calendar from the CVS website. I picked up and paid for my order and went home to find 13 separate sheets of paper, not connected. Just 13 photo sheets. I came in and said nicely, "Hey remember me? No biggie, I think you guys just forgot to put the spiral ring on my calendar." I really just thought it was an accident, a simple mistake, nothing to be upset about. He replied "Ugh, no, we don't make calendars. You just use what we gave you and put it in a frame." I replied "This was a gift I've already paid for thinking I was getting the calendar I ordered on the website. I can show you a picture". He just said, "well we don't bind calendars so.." and threw his hands up like oh well. He never apologized, and acted quite aggravated that I was asking. He was harshly toned and trying to just rush me out. He was not going to help. He only apologized and began speaking normally when I pulled out my phone and hit record. I've never felt the need to record someone serving me EVER. And only then did he offer to help, all the while advising me he isn't supposed to. In the 1st photo attached is what I ordered from the CVS website vs. what Chuck here was telling me to take home. The 2nd half of the photo you can see him showing me what he wanted me to go home with, as is, explaining to me that each month I should put one of the printed pages in a picture frame, & that is how the CVS calendars are supposed to work. The year's months are just each on a separate sheet of paper and they don't connect them. You can't hang a calendar. You just take an 8x10 sheet with whatever month it is and put it in a picture frame yourself at home. Then when the next month comes, find the next month's page and put it in the frame and throw the old one out. When he finally agreed to put spirals on it to connect it, he said "We have not made a calendar for a customer in 5 years, and I am doing something I am not supposed to be doing." I said "So, in 5 years, I am the ONLY person to order a calendar?" He says, yes, me and one other customer who agreed to put it in a picture frame. I also attached a picture of the final product I left with. Still not the same as the hanging spiral advertised, but it wasn't worth having Chuck talk to me like I was ignorant any longer so I took it and left. Why CVS do you advertise a spiral calendar online, AND allow customers to pay for them, and not tell them what they are getting is actually just 13 8x10 photo sheets (counting the cover), not connected in anyway. That's not a calendar.
