Unprofessional pharmacy of rude gossip girls! Try and be more professional…talking about customers right in front of them just trying to pick up a prescription. Disgusting behavior!!

I love CVS, and tonight I was greeted in an aisle I was searching and asked if I needed help. In my experience that kind of service is rare in a drugstore. My only complaint (and I've heard this from friends, also) regarding CVS is the printing of so many coupons and wasting paper. I use the CVS app on my phone, and you need to figure out ways to promote that option and make it easier to use. I used self checkout, but I didn't see an option to NOT print all those coupons. Terrible service I went because they urgently needed medication for my baby at around 7:44 pm and just because I don't speak English they see you as if you were an alien I told them if they could see the translation over the phone. And he responded in the worst way, making uncomfortable gestures. They didn't let me. Not even asking how many minutes it would take to pick up the medications, the attention is very sad as if one were to ask them. 😪😪😪

there is never enough staff to respond to telephone inquiries -- must go there in person to get problems resolved. On hold for more than 30 minutes with no response. even the automatic referrals don't work

No ability to actually reach a human being. The technology doesn’t replace manners or courtesy. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Angela C, the pharmacy manager (License #17306), exhibited extreme disrespect.
She failed to honor my dignity, lacked compassion, and neglected to optimize the benefits of my medication. Her repeated hang-ups have left me without my necessary medication, which contradicts ethical standards.
When I called to inquire about my medication status, I provided my name and date of birth. Instead of understanding my query, she assumed I sought a specific medication and dismissed me. Her interruptions and overbearing behavior compelled me to request silence just to finish my question.
I endured being hung up on five times. Angela lacks the qualities necessary for a manager—patience and customer service experience. I’ve reported her to the board of pharmacy and CVS. Remember, customers are humans too..
Hopefully, she learns from this experience. ?
Furthermore, this location consistently runs out of medication. Despite assurances that my requested medication would arrive by Monday, it’s now Friday evening, and I’ve been without my meds for two weeks. I’m diabetic.. Thanks, CVS.
Lastly, instructing staff not to disclose license numbers is absurd when this information is readily available behind the pharmacy counter, displayed under their pictures and names. You are a professional working under a license. That’s public info. ? no

I would give 0 stars if I could. The new pharmacist who is also the pharmacy manager has zero interest in patient care, and is very unkind, as well as her staff. After 17 years of going to this pharmacy I’m moving all of our our families prescriptions. We’ve always had great experiences here and I’m saddened by this change. But if you’re looking for a pharmacy. I certainly would not choose this one.

I pickuped my prescription for antibiotics and found five small pills in the bottle with my other medicine. Come to find out, they were steroids. So I went to tell the Pharmacist but she was hateful to me about it. She didn't even say they were sorry this happened, only made excuses about them being under staffed and over worked. She acted like she didn't have time to talk to me. I'm so disappointed with this CVS. No wonder their rating is so bad.

Usually have no issues when coming to this cvs, but today made me not want to come back. It's labor day, so I wasn't sure if they would be open so I went through the drive thru. Someone was in front of me, so I didn't see their hours posted until I made it to the window. It wasn't posted online either. They spent about 15 minutes with the person ahead of me. When I got to the window, I say hello and tell them that I need to change my last name and update my insurance. As a former employee, I know that it takes just a minute or so to update that information. The technician complained to me that they were about to close in one minute, probably hoping I would go away. Hesitating, she asked for my name and date of birth. She said that they already had my new insurance in the system and that my medication, normally $30, was over $100. As I said "I'm sorry, wait" the woman walked away from the window, chatted with a coworker and disappeared without a word. I sat there for a while, waiting for some kind of update or at least be told to politely wait a moment, before giving up and driving off.
