I would give 0 stars if I could. The new pharmacist who is also the pharmacy manager has zero interest in patient care, and is very unkind, as well as her staff.After 17 years of going to this pharmacy I’m moving all of our our families prescriptions.We’ve always had great experiences here and I’m saddened by this change.But if you’re looking for a pharmacy. I certainly would not choose this one.

I pickuped my prescription for antibiotics and found five small pills in the bottle with my other medicine. Come to find out, they were steroids. So I went to tell the Pharmacist but she was hateful to me about it. She didn't even say they were sorry this happened, only made excuses about them being under staffed and over worked. She acted like she didn't have time to talk to me. I'm so disappointed with this CVS. No wonder their rating is so bad.

Usually have no issues when coming to this cvs, but today made me not want to come back. It's labor day, so I wasn't sure if they would be open so I went through the drive thru. Someone was in front of me, so I didn't see their hours posted until I made it to the window. It wasn't posted online either. They spent about 15 minutes with the person ahead of me. When I got to the window, I say hello and tell them that I need to change my last name and update my insurance. As a former employee, I know that it takes just a minute or so to update that information. The technician complained to me that they were about to close in one minute, probably hoping I would go away. Hesitating, she asked for my name and date of birth. She said that they already had my new insurance in the system and that my medication, normally $30, was over $100. As I said "I'm sorry, wait" the woman walked away from the window, chatted with a coworker and disappeared without a word. I sat there for a while, waiting for some kind of update or at least be told to politely wait a moment, before giving up and driving off.

The pharmacy saff was very helpful in filling a 5 day supply of medicine I had forgotten while in town for a couple days. The pharmacy is also open until 10PM most nights which is great.The store was clean and well stocked and arranged in the same CVS layout I am used to all over.Convenient parking, a drive up and automatic doors like most CVS stores make shopping easier.

As usual, my CVS trip was easy. I chose what I needed among well stocked shelves, used the self checkout and was on my way with no problems at all!

It was great because I had been looking for a pill container for my daily medicines and vitamins. I had a hard time finding one large enough until I shopped at CVS!!

So I went online and signed up for a physical for my daughter. The options ask how will it be paid and ask for insurance info if you have insurance. Only to drive 25 minutes and told they don’t accept insurance, it’s out of pocket ONLY! What’s the point of asking for insurance info??? Just exclude it! Time wasted and now have to find somewhere else to get her physical done!

Worst customer service experience ever. We need to start writing letters to corporate offices because this CVS is the worse there is. They closed the drive in window in my face after I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes in line. This was at approximately 5pm on a Sunday.

I’m so disappointed by the lack of care I received at this CVS MinuteClinic. Or should I say no care at all. I arrived at my 4:50pm appointment at 4:52pm and I have to fill in an online check in form with all my insurance info which takes 10 more minutes so by the time I’m done it’s 5:02pm. Then the ladies come out and say I need to reschedule because they close at 5pm and this is a 20 minute procedure. Ridiculous. Their sign (shown below) says they close at 5:30pm. And besides if it takes 20 minutes to do, why is a 4:50pm appointment even available since that would also put us past 5pm. Not coming back here again. Thanks for wasting my time.

Very clean, welcoming, friendly and well stocked. Yes I would recommend CVS in general. If you can not find something please don't walk away without asking. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not saying there will not be some hiccups from time to time, but whom of us has a good day everyday. Sometimes a smile and friendly conversation goes a long way. They work hard to give you a good experience. My take away.
