The absolutely nicest and professional collision center. They handled all the communication with my insurance company and I just dropped it off and picked it up repaired. I could not be more satisfied.

I was rear ended and needed to have the bumper replaced. I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday. I immediately started receiving text messages about the progress of the repairs. I picked up the vehicle a week later. Super fast service! I am very pleased with the repairs. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Our 11 year old truck was hit by a deer. We knew parts may be difficult to find, but Scott and his team are AMAZING!!!!! They kept us updated at every step. They had ordered some parts and when they came in they were damaged. They did not want to put on sub-par parts. This was very thoughtful of them. But, they did check with us first because it made the repairs take longer. They are ABOVE AND BEYOND with their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We would never go anywhere else!Thank you, Scott and Abby and all of your team. It's a huge pleasure to have worked with you all in this situation!!!100% recommend!!!!

I should have read these reviews before I dropped off my vehicle. My insurance suggested them, so I assumed they were reputable. They've had my vehicle going on 6 weeks. I needed the bumper replaced. Regular old plastic bumper, no fancy sensors, cameras, or AI, just plastic and foam. Last week, I received a text message (that's the only helpful communication that you get. I tried calling multiple times and no one can ever answer any questions) stating that the vehicle was finished being painted and is now being reassembled. Then today I another message saying they are waiting for another part. Reading the other reviews I have no clue what condition my vehicle will be in when I get it back. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first ?

Our insurance recommended this company to fix the damage on our SUV’s bumper and headlight. We took it in Oct 18 with an estimated completion date being Nov 3. However additional damage was found but communication from this company has been TERRIBLE. They say they will call you back and won’t. I’ve had to reach out three times to hear an update. First excuse was the bumper that was ordered came damaged- 2nd time ordered from a different company and are currently waiting for it since it’s on “back order”fast forward a month later I still have no car & NOW having to pay for a rental car out of my pocket. Hasn’t been such a pleasant experience!

"Joe Hudson's Collision did an outstanding job fixing my red Chevy Silverado after a side-swipe incident. The paint match was flawless, and the repair work was meticulous. The staff was professional, and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services for top-notch collision repairs."

The only down side was the wait time. But that apparently had become quite normal in this economy.Other than that their work is top notch. The car never looked better.Service: Body & Trim

Joe Hudson was a frustrating nightmare to work with (My insurance picked this shop ) every tue & Thursday I would get the same copy and paste text message giving me a update. Car was in Shop From the 1st week of May until October 13, 2023. I was told completion date was going to be in the month of June. Front desk was never pleasant to work with. This morning I called to give my complaint that my car is not driving as it should! Got told what I was told & took my car elsewhere. I’d rather pay out of pocket then deal with this location again.

My experience was with the Joe Hudson's in Garner, NC. This location was chosen for me by Geico. The entire experience was a frustration from start to finish. They told me the incorrect opening time when I called to ask. They took two days to send the paperwork to me to sign (did not have it ready when I dropped my car off, said it was the fault of Geico, which I do no doubt as they are dreadful also). They only sent the paperwork then because I called to follow up. They texting system they used was inconsistent at best. They would give me a date and never follow up when the date had come and gone (I gave up on believing that the car would be ready). When I would call, the man in charge of my repair was beyond rude. I was appalled at the lack of customer service that I received. I know that it takes longer to get parts in these days, but there is no excuse for simply being rude to customers. It has been one day shy of a month to replace a bumper. The bumper looks good, but the experience with the company was terrible, and I cannot recommend them to anyone unless you have time to spare, another care to drive, and no need to receive updates or professional behavior.

The staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave them a 4-star is because they have a website that doesn't accurately tell when the car will be ready. It was a bit misleading-especially when you are trying to make vacation or work plans. It took them an extra week to get my car repaired from what the site said. The shop is also very busy and runs about a week later to take your car in. Overall, I had a nice experience.

My car was there for painting and body work after an accident. The guy handling my car was great when I was allowed to speak with him. Car was there a bit longer than expected but additional work had to be done that was not caught on original inspection. The girl working the front desk was rude and would not take messages for the gentleman handling my car. She would always put me on hold, leaving me there forever then tell me he was busy she'd get me an update and call me back. ALWAYS VERY RUDE. To the older generation customer service means allot and this girl has no customer service manners. As I told the gentleman over my car, if I ever have an issue again, walk in and she's at the front desk I'll take my car somewhere else that's how bad the experience of dealing with her was.

This is the second time I choose this place to work on my car. They are attentive to customer needs and finish their work in a timely manner. They give you updates about their work timeline too. Highly recommend!

The front desk was nice, but that's where the professionalism stopped. They did not fix my Infiniti correctly. I was not important. Progressive insurance sent me there because their covered driver hit me. It was a very simple and very slight passenger door dent. Didn't even break the paint, and they had it over a week. When I got it back, the door would not shut right. The door was not lined up with the frame correctly. They should have never released the vehicle as it was not repaired. The technician was evidently not qualified for the simplest of repairs. Do not use this body shop. They are incompetent and do not care about the job they do.Three weeks out and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes , because they had a customer in front of them. I guess only one person is at the front desk ????? Run ! Do it yourself at home, you'll have better results.

Communications are dreadful, does not accept cash, got truck back with out lights that were working when dropped off, rough pair where repaired at one point this was the best body shop in alamance County would not take a vehicle anywhere where else at this point you couldn't pay me to take a vehicle there. Not even for a wash, warranty is not worth taking my truck back I will repair and smooth out paint myselfServices: Tires
