I visited Dillard’s at Burlington Crossroads today around 4:30 PM with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. One of the store associates yelled at my daughter for trying on shoes, which I found completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
My daughter was understandably upset and ended up in tears because of how harshly she was spoken to. As a parent, it’s incredibly disappointing to see such rudeness towards a child, especially in a family-friendly store like Dillard’s. The associate could have handled the situation with much more kindness and respect.
This was far from the quality of service I expected from a store like Dillard’s, and it has left a lasting negative impression on our family. We hope the management will address this issue and ensure future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism.

Dillards is a nice Department store to shop in and the associates are friendly and helpful.
However, why is it SO HOT in this store?? I cut my trip short because the A/C is clearly not working properly.

Went to other stores, but Dillard's had formal suitable for older women. They won me over!!

Wow we were amazed how High priced this store was $$$$. Didn't see any posted sales . Didn't stay long in this over priced store and left with out any purchase.

I was really surprised by the welcome. The employees treat the customers very well. They are patient and help you make an excellent choice. Lancôme department my favorite.

I get home and realize items are put in my bag that I had purchased unknowingly. I was in a hurry and not paying attention. I assumed the “these don’t fit” comment I made wouldn’t require me to return to the store in 3 days (allowable time to return items)
