Bought a new sofa there on Saturday, and just had it delivered today not 48 hours after. Got a great deal, and they even negotiated delivery a bit outside their normal area and took away the old sofa. They had a good selection in the showroom and very competitive prices. Both sales and delivery staff were friendly and professional.

Our new recliners were delivered today at the time expected. Both Taj+ Kel did a wonderful job and were very friendly. They worked well together making heavy work seem easy.We're sitting on our new recliners right now and are very happy with the entire process started with John, when we walked into the store last week, not sure what we needed.

I would not recommend buying from this business! 2 months ago we went and bought 2 living room suites one for my parents and one for us. We paid a higher price than Babcock, we could have gotten 2 for the price of 1. That's besides the point though, the guy that sold us the furniture went on and on about a coverage on the future, well something happened and we tried to see about getting it fixed, well it didn't cover it because it wasn't a factory defect. You live and learn but I will go somewhere cheaper that has actual insurance.

Friendly staff mostly. Good selection. Not out of town "area" delivery friendly, didn't disclose everything in the paperwork.

The dude was a good sales men and was attentive to the process but the color I wanted he said they didn’t have … so found another one it was niceBut then delivery service was ehhThe guy said he would be here at 1:30pm still hadn’t heard from him by 3…When he gets here there were parts of the bed missing so he said he would have to come back the next day but told me that did have the original color I wanted ! And he didn’t know why they would tell me different… so I called furniture world again and asked for them to send me the original color I wanteand take the other one back! Because it wasn’t put together anyway because they didn’t bring all the parts. He said no ! They won’t do that …. I went around them and told the delivery driving I’d give him a fat TIP$$$ to bring me the one I wanted. And he did so that a pluse butUnfortunately the sales men also said they didn’t have the mattress I wanted so him being a good sales men found another option I didn’t really want but he assured me it was a great mattress…. girlll this mattress is so hard it’s not even funny slept on it two days my entire body aches it’s killing me! I called to see if I could return or exchange it again no so I don’t recommend this place

Very rude floor associate. Refused to provide the most basic of information like who made the product that wasn’t labeled, and then told me I was wasting his time. Not the type of people you want to invite into your home.

10/10 !! I love this store! at first I was a bit overwhelmed, but as soon I enter the store I was greeted, and asked what I needed help with, that's where Kevin came in and answered all my questions. Kevin did a great job helping out.

Be careful, bought a leather sofa and love seat from the store "as is". Well when it was delivered it had marks on it probably from a "sold" sticker. The issue was it was taking the color off of the leather. When my wife called the salesman, he said it was sold "as is." My wife quickly corrected him and said those marks were not as was in the showroom, or we never would have bought it. He referred us to who we think was the owner, he said he would bring replacement pieces out from another set in stock, that happened but the same delivery drivers arrived with the set and were very rude. They made the correction, but I will not do business with them again.

Long Post!!! I had a sectional sofa delivered the last Monday on January. I called 3 weeks later because the arm of the chair was broken, the padding in the arm had fallen and the fabric on my cushions had now become extremely loose. The sofa that I had found so nice in the store was not as nice or as comfortable. I had to leave a message the first time I called because they said I had to speak with the warehouse manager. So, I left the message but never received a return call so I called back this time I spoke with Chris the warehouse manager who stated he would come out and take pictures.Fast forward a week Chris comes out takes photos and says he would show it to the company or whoever he needed too. A week later Chris leaves me a message I return the call same day and leave a voicemail no response. I call back the next week (by now it’s the 2nd week of March) speak with someone who states that Chris will call back. On the next day I receive a call from Chris who states that the he spoke with whoever and my sectional was broken because I leaned on it… no Sir I just got the chair he the proceeds to say the cushions were like that because the were settled . Once again no sir I just got the sofa and hadn’t had it a month. However, he stated that they would pick up my sofa and fix the arm of it but the 1 person that could fix it was out sick so if I had not heard from him by end of the month call back. So called in April the 1 person is still out sick so he tells me to call back the end of April. Fast forward to today 5/18/22 still nothing from Chris. So I call and speak to another gentleman who tells me that if I can bring the chair back they can try to fix my sofa but apparently I had a miscommunication with Chris. So they expect me after all this time (now my sectional is worse )as a female to bring a sectional down a flight of stairs and put it a a sedan. This has been the worst experience ever with a furniture company. They need to have a buyer beware sign!!! The only positive I have is the delivery drivers!!! Seriously BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
