I took my 2023 Ford explorer there for transmission issue. Russell is very kind. He test drove it and called tech line to find out what to do with my transmission.

They looked at my truck on Wednesday called around 10am to tell me what it needs after driving it. Called back the next day at 1pm that it was ready. New torque converter and they rebuilt the trans for A great price. Not gonna find someone with this good of A turn around and rates.

They diagnosed the shifter problem and got us scheduled as soon as possible. Also they were upfront and honest about what was going on during the repair process. Highly recommend the guys at Dixon’s Transmissions!
