Why has this dollar general not been shut down yet? How can you allow the staff to decide what hours the store will be open?

Like everyone says. Store is always closed. Stopped by today to grab something and there were 6-7 employees sitting out back, one hollering they are closed. Most useless store if i ever saw one

Live a block from this store and they have great prices and have never had an employee to be rude or unhelpful.
