The move in was excellent, however there are some smudge brown tan spots, I would love to get matching paint. However great job by staff all the way around.h

I think Ethan Pointe apartments is great place to live. The community is diverse and very friendly. The size and accommodations can't be matched by the others in this area. The office staff ( Ashley, Brenda, Natalie ) and maintenance staff ( Mike,Doug ,Omar) are simply awesome. Community events great
