FNB in general is bad for business. Bad customer service, old ancient technology still being used and employees aren’t the friendliest. Just bad banking experience overall. Grabbed my cash and closed this account ASAP #TheWorstBankingExperience. I whether take my business to Bank of America or Wells Fargo and these are last option banks.

After moving from Durham to Burlington I have found the bank on Church St. to be the same good bank I have been used to in Durham. They are courteous, sharp, and I plan to bank with them another five years.

I was sad when those closed the west burlington branch with the merger, but still happy with the bank. We will see how it goes now that they were bought out again. This time by First National.

Terrible to do business with. Invested originally with VantageSouth. Eventually Yadkin took over. Treated me and my business partners like we were not important. Would not renew 5 year loans. Had multiple accounts there and loans. Would not recommend. Now they want our business. Got the best service we have ever had with Proponent.
