The Manager as l call her Ms M and all the other staff members are very Professional, Polite, Courteous and Friendly. The store is stocked and clean,way-to-go staff continue doing an excellent job!!

I recently visited Five Below and had a fantastic shopping experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere inviting. Great stuff for collectors of toy story stuff. However, the manager and the blonde cashier at customer service were very rude, and the things are cheap and broke. I tried to return for exact same item, but they have no return policy on people who don't keep their receipts. Plus, I asked to speak to the manager, and she was very rude and didn't care about my grandson being upset, wanting his toy replacement that broke on its own. He is only 3. I won't be going back. I don't see them making it right.
