We brought our Outback in for service work to be completed. We asked them to check the vehicle over for additional repairs that may need to be done. They have an electronic system that sends authorization to do additional repairs. We agreed to have the additional repairs completed and when we arrived to pick up after they contacted us, none of the additional repairs were done! The service advisor apologized 4 times when we first arrived before we learned that the work had not been done. He did not even ask if we wanted to have the additional work done and, oh I don't know, maybe offer alternative transportation while the work was completed. So obviously he knew this place is a joke and can not get the job done right the first time. We then took our vehicle to Capital Subaru of Greensboro, NC and had the additional service work completed there. The other dealership was more than happy to take our $3600 of customer pay repairs. This dealerships service department has dropped the ball several times when we had our car serviced here. Stay away from these clowns! They would not know customer service if it bit them in the you know what. They will add some cheesy comment on how they strive to be the best but in the end, actions speak louder than typing some nonsense about how they are sorry for the inconvenience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I just took delivery of my first car from Flow Subaru of Burlington. The entire experience was excellent! From test drive to the handshake out the door, Johnsy Q was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just a great salesperson. I never felt pressured or that I had to make a quick decision. We will visit Johnsy when it’s time to upgrade our next vehicle.

The entire staff was the perfect balance of helpful not pushy. Dray was knowledgeable and helpful. Test drive was pleasant. I even kept the one I was interested in the entire day so I could get it checked out by my people. Everyone agreed I was getting fair price. Signing papers was super efficient. No one tries to push you into extras. Very thankful for the experience!

Burlington (NC) Subaru/Flow Motors delivered an excellent shopping/buying experience. Jayson in sales took us on multiple test drives and explained the vehicle to us thoroughly. Ethan, the Subaru sales manager, enabled us to lease a higher trim Forrester at a lower price than we thought would be the case. Would be remiss if I did not mention that the Forrester is a wonderful vehicle in in all respects with impeccable assembly.

Mark M. is the best car sales person I have ever encountered! He is knowledgeable, low pressure and very attentive to what you are looking for. He makes the process of buying a car easy and is definitely looking out for his customer.

Sam Cheek, my sales rep, was friendly and very helpful! I wasn’t really sure what I was wanting and looked at several dealerships in our area before buying. I was impressed with his knowledge about Subaru vehicles and his commitment to help me find the one that was perfect for me. Inventories were extremely low at all the dealerships when I was trying to buy a new SUV and most places wanted you to buy something before it ever even made it to the lot. Being able to see, touch and drive before buying was very important to me. Sam contacted me every time something came in that he thought I would be interested in and I was able to test drive and find exactly what I was looking for!

When looking for a new Subaru Outback we were told by numerous acquaintances to see Dray Daiber at Flow. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the differences in the models. He was patient with our questions and respected our need to think through our purchase decision. He reviewed the car features and helped us set up all the connections to our phones.

Just leased a brand spankin' new Subaru Outback 2023 from Mark (pictured left) and must say it was quite the experience. The Flow team did an excellent job helping me find a vehicle that met not just my financial needs but my desire for an all around quality vehicle.Special shout out to Mark who really knows his stuff. He went over all the vehicle features with us, helped my wife and I on a test drive so we could understand all the gizmos, and got us set up with a plan that fits the budget. We are very pleased with our vehicle and the whole experience and would definitely recommend Flow Subaru of Burlington.For reference we drove a full hour to come to this location and strongly feel it was the right choice. Part 1 Sales. Thanks to Johnsy Quintanilla and Ethan Troy I had a wonderful buying experience. They were not pushy, helpful and made the negotiating part of the sale fun. I felt like they gave me a fair deal right up front with no BS. Johnsy has followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy. When it's time to trade for another Subaru I'll be back. Part 2: Service: Totally pleased. 5 stars. Part of my purchase was to add performance exhaust. The next day service manager Matt Johnson worked me into their schedule and got me in and out way fastest than I expected. (I live in Danville) They exceeded my expectations! Part 3: Finance. Buyer beware!!!!! 1 star. I wanted to do a separate review but Google only lets you do 1. Randy Ruppert the finance manager is handling the paperwork if not illegally, unethically and unprofessionally. He tried to "sell me" a high payment and commit to buying gap insurance and extended warranty without breaking everything down. He did not want to disclose the prices of those and told me that the bank would not finance my loan without them. After I insisted I did not want them he got hateful and said some unprofessional things. I'm hoping this is not the practice of the dealership because I do believe it is illegal to tell a customer they must have these in order to finance. I wanted to walk out and would have had the sales team not been so great.

Highly recommend Flow! We retired and moved from IL to NC about six years ago. It is very hard to move to a new state and know who you can trust with your family’s major purchases. When it was time for a newer vehicle, we inquired from local folks and read tons of reviews on the web before deciding to go to Flow. This was our first car buying experience at a dealership here in NC. I also want to add that I have worked in sales at three major dealerships in IL before retiring and expect a lot when it comes to customer service. With that being said, I feel confident recommending Flow in Burlington to anyone out there looking for a new or used vehicle. We drove 90 minutes one way to buy from Flow and plan to do it again in the future for all of our family’s car purchases. We bought our car at closing time and had to wrap up a few loose ends after the purchase. Mike, Sales Manager in the VW dept. where we purchased our Outback has been absolutely the best to deal with. He has personally made sure that everything has been taken care of and never failed to return a message or a call from us no matter what else he had going on. We are so happy our salesperson was Johnsy Q! We went in late on a Friday night and he came out to ask if we had any questions. He was very nice, not pushy at all, just there if we needed him! We went in the next day for a test drive and loved the Subaru Outback! Johnsy was so great to work with very personable, he also gassed up and sent my car down for another cleaning! Max the finance guy was great too, going over all the paperwork, and warranties that are available. I will definitely go with Flow on our next purchase! Great transaction from beginning to end!

Although it takes me an hour and 30 minutes from home to Flow Subaru of Burlington, knowing that not only I'm going to be greeted with a warm welcome, but that my vehicle is going to leave the shop with all issues resolved, is what makes my trip worth it. Even the wait time becomes pleasant seating in their quiet and relaxing waiting room. That's not to mention the friendliness and great customer service skills that offer my two favorite representatives, Bryan and Jada. They both are exceptional!!! Thank you.?

Jada and her team are outstanding, informative and friendly. I had an issue with a modem that needed to be replaced. Too much detail for this platform about why I felt this should have been a Subaru recall. Jada and Bryan suggested I contact Subaru Advocacy which I did. They did review my application and approved it. I was delighted. I am retired and a widow so my budget is tight so this was wonderful news. I always heard Subaru was a customer conscious company ( environment and pet support too) and they proved it to me. The wait area at Flow Subaru Burlington was comfortable and accommodating as an extra. I'll be passing these comments to others. Thank you Subaru, Jada and Bryan!
