After driving for over an hour and 45 minutes from Charlotte to Burlington with every intention to purchase a minivan, my wife and I were met with a disheartening experience at Flow Volkswagen of Burlington. We were initially excited about the van and prepared to finalize the deal immediately. However, our eagerness was met with a stark unprofessionalism from a sales representative who seemed to lack basic negotiation skills and courtesy. In a surprising turn of events, he chose to walk away from the discussion due to a disagreement over the price--a decision that was not only rude but also unbusinesslike. This unfortunate behavior turned out to be fortuitous for us. It drove us to a local Hyundai dealership back in Charlotte, where we found a superior white Pacifica with a sunroof, 20,000 fewer miles, and more features, ironically at the same price point we had previously discussed at Volkswagen. So while the experience was initially negative, we inadvertently ended up with our dream minivan, thanks to the poor conduct we encountered. Despite the setback, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspect of our visit. Sam, a member of the sales team, displayed remarkable professionalism and made us feel valued as customers. His demeanor was a stark contrast to his colleague's and truly made the trip worthwhile. It's regrettable that his colleague's behavior overshadowed the efforts he made to provide us with a VIP experience. It's a shame that such a long journey with clear intentions to buy was thwarted by the unprofessional conduct of one individual. While Sam's professionalism shone through, the overall experience at Flow Volkswagen of Burlington was ultimately a letdown, and the dealership lost a sure sale. I hope this review serves as a reminder for the dealership to foster a team that consistently upholds the values of professionalism and respect that are fundamental to customer service.

Brought 2012 VW GTI back in after I noticed a skipping sound when driving after routine service w/ tire rotation. Got in at 8AM, out by 9AM, problem found, fixed, and no additional charge.

Had an amazing experience with Flow Burlington. Our salesman was William Livingston...and he was phenomenal. We traveled a far distance for a vehicle and had an excellent experience. All the paperwork was ready to sign, numbers were worked out prior to our arrival and we were in and out! The price listed on external apps such as CarGurus and CARFAX is the out-of-the-door price. No hidden fees. The car has brand new tires, perfectly detailed, and a full tank of gas for our trip back! I would come back and do business again with this dealership but especially to make a deal with William Livingston!! He is personable, engaging, and very knowledgeable on what he is selling. 100/10 experience. We will be recommending him and the dealership to our friends and family.

First of all I can't stand going to any car dealers,because of the put down arrogant attitudes with some of these salesman,but FLOW VOLKSWAGEN OF BURLINGTON has absolutely given me Hope there is salesman who care about their customers . The Sales Consultant who we dealt with was JASON STUEHRENBERG . I could not have asked for a more professional and great attitude and experience that we had with JASON STUEHRENBERG . Everyone of the staff that we dealt with was very polite and considerate. If the other Flow Business are like Flow Volkswagen of Burlington,I will be checking them out. Thank you Flow Volkswagen of Burlington for a great and easy experience in making my purchase.
