I purchased my VOLVO XC40 3 years ago. I live far away, although I have another volvo nearby which I have tried, I went back to flow volvo. I have been very happy with their service so far.

I am a college student in the area from New York Matt in the service department was incredibly helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure my service needs were met as quickly and efficiently as possible. Coming from New York I am a huge proponent of things being done quickly and efficiently. Well, I would've liked my car sooner Matt worked tirelessly to ensure that I have my car back before the weekend as I told dealership I need it back as soon as possible. Matt worked diligently and communicated with me diligently about the status on my vehicle something that I have had issues with this dealership in the past. Thank you Matt for getting me back on the road.

Jada was a great service advisor. I was a little disappointed at the cost for a 40K service price difference between what shows in the app and on the website compared to what I paid when I the service was completed (almost $300 more)

We made only one phone call when we were ready to buy a new Volvo. We knew we wanted to buy a car with Pam McGann at Volvo Cars Burlington; we did not need to visit any other dealerships because Pam is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to work with because we can trust her. She tells the truth about any question we have and is not bothered by questions because she is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. The impressive technology with each Volvo could be overwhelming without Pam’s clear, concise explanations and directions. She demonstrated how to use each option and then allowed us to show that we understood her directions. She was not only knowledgeable, but she was also patient. Throughout the entire process, Pam was considerate and knowledgeable without being pushy or rude. We will never buy a car from anyone else because not only are we impressed with Pam, but we were also pleased with and impressed by each person who worked with us as we completed the purchase of our car. Our experience was seamless and easy with not a single problem or complication. Pam worked with us from beginning to end so that no problems occurred. We will always buy our cars with her at Volvo Cars Burlington. She is the best!

Pam was definitely the best salesperson we have ever had. She really knows everything about a Volvo. I wasn't very informed when I went in but I surely was when I left. It sure made car buying so much easier. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel like I was their family

This is a review of the service department which is always very very good. I drive 30 miles to get here while there's a new Volvo dealership just 5 miles from my house. I gave it a 4-star rating because within the last couple years, it's impossible to actually communicate with particular people in the dealership. I've been coming here since they opened it and have dealt with the same service person for years but the current phone system takes you to the corp HQ in Winston-Salem, I think, and I rarely can get to the service person I deal with and who knows what we've talked about (when I've been there) for service needs in the next few months. That is really frustrating. Today I called and asked for my service person so they could begin a big parts purchase, and the corp person put me on hold, came back and said that person would reach out when she returned. I asked, "Is she coming back today?" (this was at 11 a.m.) and the reply was, "I don't know." Why don't corporations realize that, in a service business, many many customers have someone they're already dealing with and would much prefer a way to get to that person directly. I wish they would ask what customers would like better instead of implementing systems that unnecessarily take time away from the customer as well as delaying customers' hoped for plans for the week or for the month.

I have purchased two vehicles from Flow of Burlington., and could not be more satisfied. Pam assisted me with both purchases. What a GEM she is. Professional,knowledgeable and kind. Always listens to what you say. They were super busy yesterday , I didn’t have an appointment scheduled with Pam, I did have a service appointment however. No matter… she made time for me and made sure I had what I wanted and needed.Jada and Woody were also awesome. Jada has always checked me in for just about every one of my service appointments over the last 3 years. It was a wonderful experience 3.5 years ago and even better yesterday.Even the finance person was awesome. You seldom see such exemplary teamwork as what I saw yesterday. A wonderful dealership with compassionate staff.
