The store has good tools for good prices. Some brands do have full life time warranty with no hassle. Quinn is the bran I have with full life time warranty. But some store associates are to involved in their position. I'm sure u have one or two people in mind as u read this. I'm sorry but I'm not gonna take advice from a woman who knows nothing about cars nor carpentry. Now if I need more info on a tool discount then yes, by all means help. But if you don't know what ur talking about, then keep it to yourself. Some people don't live in the same reality as us normal people do.

The staff is great. With that being said, I don't understand pating for a membership to receive the deals that are emailed to me. I came in specifically for a sale that was sent to me. At the register, it rang up full price. When I asked, I was informed I have to buy a $30 membership to receive the $15 discount. I am so tired of corporate America.

Wouldn't let me return something I bought for 250.00 2 days before labor day sale because they never sent coupons to me before labor day. So they wouldn't let me get my 20% off after i got the coupon after labor day.

Good selection of good tools at good prices. Some tools don’t have same size fittings and so are not universal. The power washer has different size fittings than other brands.
