March 2024 by Brandy Moore
My friends and I went to this location on March 11, 2024 to have a good meal and enjoy a few laughs. We arrived roughly around 3:30 pm.There were several nice ladies who greeted us and were very welcoming. I thought to myself, "wow, what great customer service". We ordered 3 burger combos and a chicken meal. I was very happy with the customer service until I decided that I wanted some barbecue sauce to dip my french fries in. So I went back to the counter where I asked one of the young ladies if I could have a container of sauce. I think she was willing to fulfill my request until her manager appeared. I was advised by the manager that I would need to pay 27 cents for this condiment, which couldn't have been much more than an ounce, and probably not that much quite honestly. Anyhow, I decided to voice my opinion that I felt it was ridiculous that a company would ask a patron to pay for such a small request when my burger combo alone was about 11 dollars. The manager, who I later found out was the general manager, dove right in head first and told me that if I didn't order chicken tenders or something of the sort, I would have to pay the cost for the sauce per company policy. I had no problem paying for it, but what I was appalled by was the tone of voice that she took when addressing me. Another issue I had was the fact that I had already advised one of the young ladies that was helping me that I was willing to pay for it. This manager didn't respond to that part, but instead decided that she wanted to have an ego trip. I found it very unprofessional and not good customer service. I mean this lady jumped in the conversation like she was Michael Phelps. I have always been taught that it's not what you say but the delivery. Her delivery of this message was horrible. I understand that businesses have policy and overhead costs. I personally would rather give away a pack of sauce than lose a customer. Someone above her should suggest that she takes some sort of sensitivity training. It would be a great idea and would probably be helpful to her.

I like Hardee's but with only one location in Greensboro it's not easy to get there, so when I do I really enjoy their hamburgers.

This place is literally only in business because they serve breakfast, service is laughable for lunch or supper'..they obviously cant keep help because some employees prefer to be lazy and rude (one of them is a long time employee), they literally have tactics to keep costumers away, such as locking the inside during business hours, acting rude and just making you feel unwelcomed in general, unfortunately it's doubtful that it will ever change, when they do finally have an awesome friendly employee who actually wants to work..they get driven out by having enough of the laziness and having to pick up that slack', i'm sure it's hard to find good help but whatever they have going on there right now is just flat out toxic and horrible for business, obviously it's a leadership problem.

The service is horrible. I called ahead of time to see if they had a certain item and I sent for this item and I was told that they didn't have it because their workers were too lazy to even prepare it. So I called back and she said they did have it. Do Burlington a favor and bulldoze this place. I don't know what I was thinking even going there in the first place lol

As good as (Hardee's) getsI pulled up late; ~10:30pm. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger entrees.I've never had Hardee's before tonight; with that said, the young lady taking my order was patient with my order as I pondered the menu. After providing my order, I was informed it would take a little bit to prepare the order, and that was fine with me. Sounded like one other person, a male, was working, and it sounded like they were having fun! I liked seeing that.It took no longer than 6 minutes for my food to come out. My chicken was juicy, and the burger was hot and not greasy... With that said, both were incredibly salty.TL;DR: Employees are awesome, the reciepe needs work. Equivalent to a high-end Burger King, but incredibly salty.

Rude taking order, did not receive all my order, and food was old, nasty and try, none was seasoned and it didn't taste good at all and all the money I paid for the chicken meal and chicken tender meal they made sure they gave literally nothing but small pieces I still had to cook for my family when that was the purpose of me ordering out

I was from out of town and my son wanted some Hardee's chicken. He told me that this is the only location that sold chicken. I drove across town to be told at 1:00 pm that it would be an hour before any chicken would be ready.

The food is pretty good and they have one manager that is great but today was awful. Went in to try and order. Used the restroom and then as I was going to the counter this group of employees were just standing there talking to another employee who was sitting eating. One girl looked at me and asked if I was door dashing and I informed I just wanted to place an order to go. She rudely said the inside was closed. I left and said having a sign would have been nice. Have no idea what the difference between placing a to go order inside versus through the drive through is but I left with no food and they lost a loyal customer.
