Buddy did an excellent job on my BMW. I knew exactly what the problem was but didn't want to undertake the repair myself. Buddy found the issue, took care of it in a timely manner and charged for the repair in the middle of the range I had estimated. I am recommending him to all of my family.

Three times over the past year I took my BMW there for service. Twice he couldn't work on it because he didn't have the right tools or equipment. The third time he wasn't even interested then turned and walked away, perhaps because I praised a BMW shop in Greensboro. Strike three.

Was absolutely shocked by the service at this small shop in the middle of Burlington. Owner was super knowledgeable and a very honest mechanic. Super quick service from when I dropped it off and got a call saying it was ready. The job took less time than he expected so I was pleasantly surprised with a smaller bill. Don't know many mechanics who would do the same. I recommend anyone with a German car go here.
