I had such a wonderful experience, purchasing some earrings at Kay jewelers in Burlington, North Carolina. Selena was our sales person and was very professional and knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality, she made our shopping experience fun and easy.

Just came here and Sonia assisted me and my boyfriend in picking out a promise ring. We had been to Kay’s before and decided to come back today and look and it was the best decision ever! Sonia was extremely helpful and so kind! I can be a bit indecisive and she was so patient with me and extremely helpful in helping me find the right one! Her personality lights up a room and she truly felt like family! Thank you for making it happen for us Sonia! We came in near closing time and did not feel rushed at all! Customer service was top tier and Kay’s is extremely lucky to have her!

We just had the greatest experience ever at the Kay Jewelers in Burlington NC. Dre was amazing he was polite, attentive, very knowledgeable answered all our questions and the rest of the staff was amazing and very polite and interactive as well. Our Ten yr wedding anniversary is coming up at the end of the month and we are ecstatic with our new anniversary watches and our wedding bedding sets be sent off for a complete overhaul. Thank you guys so much.
