“Went to Bennett-Hockett Supply Co for a piece I needed for my water heater. I brought my broken thermocouple up there to see what I needed to repair it. Chris was very knowledgeable and kind and said I needed to replace the whole piece. They didn’t have any in the shop but they were able to order the piece for me. It came the very next day in the morning at that. This place is a gem and the gentlemen there are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do!! 10/10 experience!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. They definitely helped fixed my issue and my water heater is working great now!! Thanks to this great establishment!!”
