Terrible experience from start to finish. Paid $200 out of pocket for labs. Can't get results.

This company is terrible. They've recently been hacked which seems to have brought their business to its knees. Each local office is a joke in terms of the service, the people are all rude. Can't get any information on tests for weeks on end, either me or my doctor. What a poorly run company.

never sent my treatment summary to my insurance but were right on top of it to send me to collections. i should owe nothing per my insurance company.
