WROST PLACE TO SEND YOUR KIDS!!! It’s very unorganized and very unprofessional my daughter wasn’t learning nothing in her class they were just playing all day!! I pulled her out and now she’s going somewhere where they actually follow their lesson plan and actually interact with the kids:) and the director Kim just sits in the office and does absolutely nothing

I intended on not leaving a review but once I emailed the director Roxanne that my child would not be returning, and she did not email back or follow up, here is my review. The center has so much potential as there isn't much in the area, but Roxanne needs to pour more into the center with playground care, and staff training. I read another review where they expressed she was money hungry and not following up with a parent who left unhappy, shows my child was just another dollar in the center. You'll be sold for the app they use for pictures and day to day updates, just be ready to receive the bare minimum updates. There are no active cameras in the center. A staff member told me to me and my childs face she was not ready for my child to be in her class. My child was picked up with numerous scratches and bumps that took almost 2 weeks to completely heal, and without being notified before pick up an incident occurred. The teachers are burnt out and not 100% trained to teach children. Considering my child's teacher told us "i don't have the patience to teach kids." But you're a teacher right? Don't expect any compliments on your child or how great their day was, you'll hear how tired and annoyed the teacher is instead. Out of the 10 teachers at the center (i think, there is always rotating faces in the center without being notified and no actual security to enter the center) only about 2 actually show love and care to the children.Take your money elsewhere. It's worth being on a waitlist somewhere else.

My children attended little thinkers LLC maybe a total of three times. My 1 year old got sick day two of attending school which is to be expected, they missed numerous days of school which I called and spoke to the director myself and let her know my kids were sick. I have a 1yr old and a 5month old so they feed off each others germs making the sickness last longer and spreading to her sibling. With that being said the director decided to terminate my kids from the daycare with out letting me know. So unprofessional! How do you terminate children for being sick? And then not reach out to the parents. Not to mention the school sent out a message about a bug going around and not to bring the kids to school with certain symptoms. I feel the director Roxanne is very unprofessional, she was rude to me over the phone when speaking to her and told me my kids were terminated for missing to many days and “she doesn’t get paid that way” that’s all she kept repeating is that “she doesn’t get paid that way” so that tells me a lot about how you run your facility. On top of not having cameras which I was told they did when I toured and on top of not having a functioning system for there one year old class to get updates on my child through out the day which was also told to me they had. The staff was extremely nice especially Ms. Angela in the baby classroom she was so super sweet and gentle with my baby, gave updates through the app, sent pictures through the app, even reached out to Check on my child while she was out. Good daycares are hard to find and trust with your children and the director not being able to communicate effectively was certainly unacceptable experience for my kids first start to daycare.

MY SON LOVED THIS DAYCARE! especially Ms. Sandy! I loved how much they cared for my son he started coming when he was 1 now he’s 2 and being a cautious mom I was terrified but I’m glad they loved on him like I would if I was there and always made sure he was safe! If I lived in Burlington my son would still attend here honestly if you need a safe place for your child this is the place!

I've had a great experience with this facility. My daughter has been there since three months old and is 18 months now.

Seems there is minimal effort put in to the classrooms, atleast in the toddler room. I never felt fully comfortable with my kiddo attending here. For the price, it's worth taking another look around.
