I needed to extend my pick up date, I called the store and an automated message said I was being transferred to someone that could help! Unfortunately the phone rang and rang for more than 10 minutes and I gave up and hung up the phone . Not really sure what is going on with their phone system but this is not how you help your clients .

Called to ask a question about an online order. After going through the automation on the phone I was told I was being connected to an associate. After the phone rang for a couple minutes someone picked up the phone but didn't say anything even though I could hear them talking to someone else in the background. Thinking there was a glitch I called back, went through the same automation process and was again told I was being connected to an associate. I let the phone rings for a timed 10 minutes and never got an answer. Either the phone system is glitchy or associates are avoiding answering the phone.

Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable about the the products they sell and the application of them. I needed a light fixture to match one in an older home the sales associate found one in another store called to make sure it was there and had them take it to thier customer service desk and hold it there until the next day when I could get there to purchases it

I am absolutely appaled at the customer service here. After waiting for 20 min for someone to unlock the Dewalt tool case, I was told they didn't have the drill I was looking for, even though there was one in stock. After the associate told me that, I started looking for an alternative, then I found the one drill combo kit I was told wasn't there. Then waited 40 minutes for someone to unlock the cage for that tool. I called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes while I heard them twice announce that there was a customer waiting by the tool cage for access. I got hung up on and after an additional 5 minutes, I went and found a gentleman that was kind enough to follow me back to the tool cage and then proceeded to unlock it so that may buy the tool... This is insane.. No one should have to wait that long.. I very rarely get upset, but this was absolutely ridiculous...

Lowe's always has the tools and materials I am looking for. They lack the personnel. Tonight when we were checking out the woman watching us looked like she couldn't make eye contact at all. How does a store specializing in do it yourself home jobs not have personalized service?

I came in today for some DIY projects at my new home, and I needed to find something for my daughter who has special needs bed and I needed some an adhesive and Roy showed up and was Phenomenal!! His knowledge with what we needed was outstanding and we can't thank him enough. When we were checking out we ran into another Phenomenal employee of Lowes Lisa H!!
