Great prices and associates! Lowe's always has the products and items in stock. The Associates always treat me as a Val customer.

After not being able to buy wood at Home Depot because they were closed for inventory, I went to Lowe's. It took me a while to track anyone down that was willing to help and even then they had to call someone to the lumber department. The cutter said out of order but there was a line of people and one man said the worker was coming back with the part to fix it. After waiting and asking a half dozen people, we were all told they didn't have the part and unable to cut any wood. They usually have good service. Today it was impossible to find anyone and those I found didn't work in that section or didn't work in the store itself and didn't know who to call. I spent a good while trying to find anyone who was willing to help or was able to give me any information. They just passed the buck and said they didn't know and didn't even try to help or find anyone who could. That's frustrating because I've seen people use the paging system or called departments before and only one person was willing to do that today despite there being a line in lumber waiting to have theirs cut. Ended up leaving empty handed.

Employees here are very helpful & look to say "Hi" and offer assistance which is needed in such a huge store. The quality of their lumber seems to be a bit better than their competitors. Also, a manager at this location named Mike (the tall, thin older one as there are 2 named Mike) does his best to help. One day I went in and he was just inside the door, I thought he was just a "greeter" so I asked him where to find tarps. Instead of directing me, he said follow me sir. He got me to the tarps & then asked what size & kind I wanted. After telling him he dug in a pile & handed me exactly what I was looking for. Now that's a manager that cares about his customers!

The worse thing happened. My water heater went out. I went a whole weekend with no hot water, and the plumbing company I paid $200 plus to be on a customer priority list with didn’t prioritize my emergency. They wanted to charge me $4k plus to install. I went on line with my local Lowe’s store ordered what I needed and they had an installer to my home the next day! AND…it was cheaper AND…I had it delivered AND…they verified I had the right item AND…I was able to get a payment plan. Thanks Lowe’s it’s comforting to know you are right around the corner as I am a new homeowner. ❤️

So incredibly disappointed. My Husband and I have spent a significant amount of money at Lowe’s this past year. We just bought 3 new appliances, a washer, a dryer and a new gas range. Lowes told us they could install our gas range. On delivery day it was dropped off in my dining room and was told to call the gas company for installation. After waiting three days for the gas company to install, the stove is malfunctioning and not working. We call Lowe’s and they tell us it’s past the 48 hour return policy. So beyond frustrating. How are we supposed to know you sold us a defective product until it was actually hooked up. Rude customer service told us to bad call whirlpool. Pay full price for a product we can’t use and now have to wait to file a claim to repair a “new product”!!!

Lowe's is close to the house, so more convenient. The store is nice and the stuff is friendly. They just didn't have the specific clothes washer we were looking for. We looked for another option, which they had plenty of, but nothing really had the specifications we needed.
