I went in to get help for a friend phone and this lady name AMIE is the best. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed. I love her whole vibe.

They never explain well about their causes, I wanted to get a phone number transferred to a new one but they ended up lying and gave me another number I went back in and told me they will not refund after not explaining to me well about their policy instead just gives me a phone a new number, they told me to call customer service and made me wait for almost an hour in that store, I did not appreciate what I was given in return, they didn’t give me a security code and no explanations on the phone, the Hispanic girl instead ended up giving me a random phone that I don’t need and not telling me any important information that I need to know until it was too late, I’m gonna later on sell that phone to a pawn shop, not only that I asked for a cheap plan but instead was given an expensive one it’s ridiculous,I’m not coming back to that store again with their awful service

I came into 2218 and I always have the best experience with Valentina she makes you want to come back to this store and treats me always with the upmost respect thank you for hiring her . I've had bad experiences in the past but she's changed my mind on things , and Aimee is so nice she gave me a bottle of water when I mentioned I was thirsty it's the thought that counts !!!!!

Every time I have an issue with my phones or even ask questions the ladies always know how to fix it and also the answer to my questions. If they don't know they always call in to help me out. Love these ladies

I love being treated like a person and not a wallet. Carmen is a sweet person, very helpful and knows her stuff. She was fair when giving me options for buying a phone. I didn't feel like she was taking me for all I had. Great service. ??

I just wanted to share my experience with metro by T-Mobile so far. I lived in Detroit Michigan when I signed up with them. I spoke with the store manager who said we could keep my old IPhone all I would have to pay is 275.00 to unlock it. I paid the money got to keep my old phone he gave me the numbers for the account and that was it. We was in and out in 10 minutes. Later that day I went to work and told my boss I got a new phone number. He told me Verizon my old carrier don't lock I Phones except for 60 days after purchase. I called and verified from corporate Verizon. I had the IPhone 12 for year. I went to the store to get my 275 that was stolen from me by metro. He was rude and didn't wanna give me my money back. I called corporate. They hung up on me twice I finally got a hold of them they told me not go back to that store. Corporate metro also told me they don't unlock phones. I was able to get my first bill off 88 dollars takin care of but that's not the 275 that the company stole from me. My phone screen broke and I can't even file my claim because nobody will give me the security pin I need to file it that I was never gave when I set it up. I'm a Marine Corps vet that needs my phone because I'm still waiting on the VA to finish my disability claims and because my disabilities I can't hold a job to switch from this horrible company. I do not recommend it to anyone. I will be switching from them as soon as I get my money from the VA. #MetroByTMobile
