This review is based on my communications via email with Chelsea Weiss, Kenneth Kernodle, and Tim Holiday. I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out online and Chelsea got back to me with initial pricing. After a few emails back and forth, Kenneth (the general sales GM) and I were working towards finding a competitive OTD. They were super responsive and tried their best to help me out. In the end, Tim Holiday the GM of the dealership reached out to me with some updated pricing. His price was very competitive but unfortunately not the lowest I received so I went with another dealer instead. Everyone was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. I hope to work with all of them again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Thank you Modern Mazda!!!

I loved how they accommodated my request. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted and they searched their system to locate the vehicle I wanted and have it delivered. Their customer service was top-tier.

1. First day check engine light on2. Headlight out3. Water leak in car so floor boards flooding4. Battery cable needs to be replaced ( have to start with a hammer)5. Windshield wipers motor went out6. Both catalytic converter’s need to be replaced.7. Rusted oil pan that’s leaks8. Car has been in the shop five times so far and going back into the shop Friday9. There is no way the 180 point inspection was done so that’s definitely cap

Bought my CX5 here new a year ago and it was very easy. I’ve gone back for maintenance and upkeep and never have any problems with this location, highly recommend.

I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing a CX-30 at Modern Mazda of Burlington, and I most highly recommend this location.I learned about Modern Mazda of Burlington through a friend and decided to look into further. I was immediately greeted by David Trollinger upon my first inquiry, and he proceeded to provide the best service I could have asked for!David was kind, funny, direct, and CARING. It was clear that he wanted me to be nothing short of satisfied with my decision to purchase a Mazda. He was knowledgeable, providing helpful information about my vehicle options while on a test drive, and he was also extremely hard-working. He went back and forth several times in an effort to get me the best deal possible. I also appreciated the site manager's help while I was there -- when it came down to talking numbers, he was clear about where he realistically could and could not make adjustments and he delivered this information with intention and care. Going to a car dealership can be a stressful experience at times; salespeople can appear one-track-minded and make a customer feel pressured or as if they're part of a different team. This was not the case here. I felt like my needs were truly respected and considered.I had been looking to buy the CX-30 at several locations, including at one very nearby location. Ultimately, I opted for Mazda Burlington for several reasons: their transparency, excellent service, willingness to go above and beyond in communication, the efficiency of how they operate, and as an added bonus, the beautiful blue color of the car they had in stock. Also, I was planning to move between states shortly after buying my car and I needed a dealership that was going to help me navigate the complicated DMV paperwork and logistics. David was helpful and timely in his communication even far after I purchased the vehicle and worked to ensure that I would be set to go for my move.This is a smaller location than some others you might find in larger cities, but I would argue that this adds even greater intimacy and care to the buying experience. I decided to pull the trigger on my car the same day that I went to see it, which speaks to how much I trusted my experience at Modern Mazda of Burlington.I am very grateful for my experience with David and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new car. And as I've learned, always ask for David!

I want to give a shout out to the internet team member, Santiago for getting M(r)s. Chelsea Weiss to hit me up for a deal!They appreciated my time and I believe this is a great place to buy a new Mazda! Japanese auto car manufacturer that's not luxurious but it feels like you're driving a BMW or an Audi! The interior and the overall of my Mazda CX-5 turbo was amazing! Felt the need to right a positive review since I am very happy with how things went. I have traded in my old car, and purchased new one from Modern Mazda about a month ago. Everything went smooth, Matt was the salesman for me, and he was very kind and thorough. Plus, I have accidentally left out my sunglasses in my old car, but once I messaged Matt about it a week later, he was able to find the sunglass, and mailed them to me. Over all experience was very satisfactory.

Matt, the sales representative, was never high presurre, he answered all our questions quickly and professionally, the price was very reasonable. We looked at competing brands and other dealers, but we bought our CX-30 at Modern and are very pleased.

The service department managers Billy and Fred are always professional and courteous. They care about the safety of their customers by reminding them of services due and needed. When your car leaves their shop you can count on them standing by their work.

I get my Mazda serviced here routinely. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful at keeping an eye on things for me and pointing out things that might need my attention. I don't feel as though they overcharge or make recommendations just to make more money. I will continue to come here for my service needs and to purchase my next Mazda as well!

I had a lovely experience trading in my vehicle here. Douglas and Tim were very helpful. They were a pleasure to work with. Service was very helpful, too. I was in and out quickly. The person who helped with financing was awesome, as well. I didn’t feel pressured into anything and everything felt very transparent and honest. If you’re able, I highly recommend trying to purchase here!
