Great service department. I used them on another jeep. A few times. The sales department’s successful and positive review here was because i ended up working with Christian and Jose vs Tim in the sales department. Second time i went in to purchase used and with cash. You are the cuatomer. And these guys treat you that way. But Tim. No. So br cautious whom you work with if you go thats why the four stars .

I took my 2017 Ram in for service and when I got it back it had greasy hand and finger prints on both fenders and the hood. I had just washed and waxed my truck and I absolutely didn’t appreciate this! Also they never came and told me it was completed I happen to see it in the parking lot so I went and asked and they acted like they did know anything about my truck. I thought the level of service was horrible! Below is a picture of my truck.

Truly the nicest bunch of people I've ever dealt with. Price was reasonable, service was quick, despite being obviously swamped with jobs. Very professional, courteous and helpful. They have my future business!

Bought a part from the Service Department that I verified with the associate, Gerry, as new after driving from out of town for this part that I urgently needed. Began the work to install only to realize that the “new” part was an incomplete kit missing critical parts for the job at hand.I’m from out of town and had already run the wiring from the kit throughout the car. The associates (Chris and Jaimie) from the Service Department wanted me to pull out all the wiring and return the incomplete kit in order for them to order a new one for me despite them selling me a used, incomplete part.Terrible experience and loss of trust. Ultimately ended up with a partial refund of less than half of the initial cost despite their error. I’m left with a half complete job and now have to repurchase an entire new part but hopefully from a more reputable source.

This was our first experience with Cox. We had an alternator which needed replacing. They didn't have the part and initially quoted a few days on getting the part in. To our surprise they had the part the next day and our Jeep was ready. Cox even provided transportation when I had to leave my Jeep and offered transportation back to the dealer. The staff at Cox was very friendly and a joy to deal with!

The best place Jeep dealership that I’ve ever been to! The techs and the general service assistants were amazing and very communicative with me about everything that was going on. I hope I never have to go back until an oil change, but if something happens to my jeep, Ashley is the first person I’m calling! 100% recommend!

Where do I start??? From the moment I called for service and told them how my Jeep wasn’t starting Ashley said when your Jeep gets here( it was towed in) have them give me the key. So I put his name on the key for the tow truck driver to make sure he got it. Ashley also said I will take care of it and get back to you. I told him take all the time you need, as I was having a bad day when this happened and his empathy and calmness really helped make my day better because he said “Don’t worry about it” and I didn’t. A couple of days later I get a text from ASHLEY that my vehicle was ready for pickup! I get to Cox Service Department and I encountered another nice gentleman who was at the first desk and I told him who I was and he got the paperwork and handed me the keys! My Jeep started right Up!!! I was so happy!! If you need anything done to your Car Cox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go!!! Top notch customer service and they make you feel like family and they care!! I want to thank Ashley and the entire Cox Team for making my days better and for taking good care of my Jeep! I will also be buying my next Jeep from them!! And Ashley I picked my Jeep up yesterday and you’re name is still on my key as a reminder that there are many good people in this world who care enough about a stranger to make them feel better with just a show of compassion. Thanks Again and I’m happy to say we are family for Life!!

Very professional and attentive to my vehicle service needs. Quick response and quick repair. Only suggestion…I think that a car wash should be added in free of charge. It would make the sting of spending so much money on car repairs be a little less. Just saying. Would still recommend Cox Dodge to anyone with a Dodge.

This dodge place is the worst ever. My parents have a 2007 dodge caliber and they did work on my car, which cost $1600. In 2 days the radiator went out, It was on the invoice that they replaced the radiator and they were billed for that service. I asked the service guy was it proper business practice to take money from older people, for services that they did not complete. He said they don't, and said to me if I bought another radiator that they would put it on, People why would my parents pay additional for a service that is on the invoice that has already been paid for. The auto workers are on strike, now, but it is dealerships like this one that are making things bad. I promise if you buy a car from this dealership and take it back for service, they will not do what you pay for. and maybe it is completely racial. I really don't know. If you are in the business to buy a DODGE, stay away from this place. They will get your money, not do the work and try to charge you more. Come on Dodge in Burlington, with rising cost everywhere, it this how you conduct business!!! Look at the reviews that has come through, and notice who has the most satisfactory and who has the complaints!

ANTHONY IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I had an unexpected light come on my dash board and was worried I would get a ticket! He serviced my car as expected and he had a smile from beginning to end! He even walked me over to get a battery for my key fob!! 1000 stars for sure!!!

I was traveling for work and had a radiator crack and fail while I on the interstate. Stopped at Cox Dodge because it was the next exit. I met Vicki, one of the service writers and she went above and beyond to help me. After explaining my schedule and that I had important meetings in Raleigh the next day, she was able to get a part located, delivered at 7am the next morning, and had my truck ready to go by 10am. Unbelievable customer service! Speaking of customer service, Jimmy drives their courtesy shuttle and was such a pleasure to meet. He drove me to and from my hotel and took great care of me as well. 200% recommend this dealership and its caring service department! Took my bad day into a much better one.

Absolute worst service department. I made an appointment to have headlights changed. Showed up at my scheduled time and dropped my car off and was told I would be called later that day with an update. That Never happened. I called and was informed about an hour before closing time that it hadn’t even been looked at yet. They Assured me it would be done the next day. I called the next day, it still hadn’t been started. Was informed that they were 3-4 days behind on work yet they accepted my appointment and wasn’t honest about how long this would take. They do not communicate and to get any information you have to call them to which they act inconvenienced by the call. $1200 later, I have new bulbs. Over $600 of that was “labor.” Will NEVER bring my car back here to be worked on.

Cox jeep dealership customer service was the worst. The service workers lied and tiled me my air bag light was fix. I drove it around the day I picked the jeep up and the light came back on, I had to take my jeep right back for them to tell me they tried to fix it but couldn’t so they had to order a part. I paid $286.00 for them to lie, then it took 2 months for the part to come in and the only way I knew it was here because I called every 2 weeks. The last time I called the lady worker was nasty and told me that I didn’t pay, I showed my receipt and she say well you didn’t pay for the part. I spoke with the manager Justin who did not care about my concern at all. I do not recommend no one to go to Cox Jeep in Burlington.
