The Owl & Rabbit Gallery is a local gem and treasure in downtown Burlington, NC. It is an awesome gallery and gift store featuring a large selection of original art from local talent, including garden art, wall pieces, and wearable art. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and super friendly. The store carries new items regularly and offers an art-o-mat for fun gifts. While not cheap, this reflects fair pay for artists. Visitors can also find excellent greeting cards and a unique sculpture for custom engravings outside. It is a highly recommended favorite for supporting local artists.
I was so happy to see the Owl and Rabbit in Mebane. It was a cool shop in Burlington, but since moving Mebane it’s got even cooler. The perfect place to purchase unusual gifts and to treat yourself. The shopkeepers are cheerful, how nice to feel welcomed. Yippee
