We had a great experience today. I was hesitant after looking at their google ratings, but it seems like an upset person repeatedly "reviewed' the same issue, unfairly to bring down the overall rating.I brought my two year old to Dr. Erin Jackson after numerous recommnedations to use her for pediatric eye evaluation. We had Megan upon arrival and she was absolutely wonderful with my two year old and helped her be at ease, and my daughter loved the lollipops and stickers she provided, of course.Dr. Jackson was also lovely with my daughter, nothing but pleasantries. I will continue bringing my daughter back for her exams after our wonderful experience.

This review is for Dr. Benfield as I am a patient of his at the sister clinic Mebane Vision Center. I saw Dr. Trey Benfield a few weeks ago for new floaters that appeared in my left eye.After examining me he stated that I was just unlucky to have developed floaters at such a young age. Fast forward to today, I saw Dr.Blake Hampton at Alamance Eye Center who diagnosed me with pars planitis and optic neuritis in my left eye. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room at Alamance Regional ER with orders to be admitted for 3 days for IV steroids and a brain MRI. I'm extremely disgusted that this was missed by Dr.Benfield. Without treatment this could have caused permanent vision loss. I would never recommend this practice.

We've been going to this office for several years. They are always pleasant, responsive, polite and extremely professional. Each and every person in Patty Vision has greets you as you walk in. Puts the customer first.(I truly believe you get what you give as a customer. If you are mean, rude or come off as angry it doesn't help a situation. If you are on your cell phone while trying to speak to a receptionist, that's obnoxious and completely rude.)They've fixed glasses for our son on multiple occasions. Even sent several pairs in to be exchanged or replaced. Kids can be tough on glasses and they've always been so very nice to fix them or replace them. Never judgmental at all.I would recommend this office to anyone looking for superior customer service, services and products. They do follow-up calls and emails to notify you contacts or glasses have arrived. They take different forms of insurance.

Absolutely love this place! I actually arrived late (got the time wrong) and they still slid me in. I may have waited 5mins. All of the staff are very friendly. Dr.Virnig is just a pleasure to work with - very upbeat, informative, just like chatting with a friend. Most offices I've been to are very transactional (not a terrible thing), but visiting an office that feels inviting makes the headache of getting new glasses actually enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend!?

Super nice updated unlike our last eye dr. Always to get glasses there an not go somewhere else. Overall a good place to go for young to old.

they charged me for an examination they did not do then charged me $240 for a set of RGP contacts when I only had a change on one lens. went to Walmart and paid $70 for the one lens. I have used Walmart for a replacement lens in the past and they were fine. Patty is a rip off. Be careful and look your bill over.

Last year my husband and I made back-to-back appointments. We arrived together and were informed that our insurance had an issue with my paperwork and that I would have to wait until staff made sure was corrected before I could be seen. It took a single phone call, but I ended up having to wait an extea 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen while my husband was whisked right to the back.The first thing out of the optometrist's mouth upon entering the exam room was, "Glad we could get your insurance squared away." No introduction, no greeting, no pleasantries...just acted as though my insurance was the most important thing. Certainly did not make me feel like a client, patient, or person. He also made some less than tactful comments about other things. Gross.I made my mind up not to purchase my glasses from the marked up showroom right then and there. Bought 4 pair elsewhere, all of which were both cheaper (in TOTAL) and in my possession faster than the ONE pair my husband purchased from Patty Vision center. His special "non scratch" lenses have already been back to be polished twice...while mine have had no issues.So please stop texting and asking me to make a yearly appointment because I have no intention of coming back after being treated like a wallet instead of a human being.

It’s 2022 and you can’t make a single post or statement on any kinda social media saying you’ll be closed.Edit. Was going to delete but who ever is running google account is a liar. I along with 3 other costumers tried to open door past posted open time for Friday’s (0800-1200). So now not only is management incompetent, they’re liars.

The whole service was horrible. All the negative reviews mention one common theme; Biases. They will treat you completely inappropriate when it comes to individualized patient care. They pretended they did not understand my needs as patient and made the whole experience difficult because I mentioned I did not want to buy my lenses directly from them.Money hungry much?Trust me. Take your billable somewhere else where they offer a better standard of care. This place is NOT It.0 out of 5 STARS.

If I could give them no stars I would because of the terrible experience I encountered. The intake specialist with the dark color hair was nasty and extremely unprofessional. She should not be the one greeting customers because of her attitude. The provider was unpleasant as well and did not listen to my needs. If you are looking for professionalism and a pleasant experience this is not the place.

Everyone was friendly, my glasses came back within two weeks and I'm seeing so much better now.
