Doc was nice, thorough and accommodating, considering they were slammed that day, and she was an emergency work in.

We are new to Plaza and so far we love it! The vets are so positive and upbeat. I can tell they really care about animals and give the best care possible. I also like the way they provide an estimate before performing any tests or procedures. Our recent vet assistant was excellent: caring, thorough, and extremely accommodating.

After a really crummy experience with another vet in Elon I was referred here by the spay clinic.
These folks were very nice and worked her in today. I appreciate the care they gave and the communication. We have a new veterinarian!

We recently switched from a higher priced vet office and have found everyone at Plaza Vet to be kind and caring. Prices are reasonable and the care is top notch!

The receptionist recommended me get pet insurance so that I could afford a surgery for my cats teeth to be pulled. I got the insurance and have paid out on it for 3 months. Now they're telling me I have to pay up front and have the insurance company reimburse me. When the insurance company offers to pay the bill first. They're too lazy to call up the insurance company and have it covered first and care more about the money than my poor cats mouth. She is in pain. Shame on yall. Will never NEVER go back with any of my pets or my families pets. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't recommend at all. Shame on yall.
Plaza has taken trupanion in the past and contacted them prior to charges being made to the pet owners. They choose not to do this anymore.
Trupanion also offers claims to be made weeks before a procedure is scheduled in order to make sure they will cover it.

**Reply- the passive aggressiveness is giving from the reply. No need in addressing the fact about the lobby chitter chatter? Okay. Hope others see this and understand it's unacceptable and will be addressed as neglect. Thank you for your sincere gratitude also. Guys if you want true service for your fur babies go to Town and Country. Didn't want to blast you but the reply was becoming.**
Can't fathom how they have so many 5 star reviews. Is no one going to speak on the fact that after the first initial visit they never took us back into a room only to speak to us in the lobby about our cat. Mind you there are other people talking and the receptionists are answering phones so it makes it very hard to focus on the well-being and care that they are advising us to do.
Further more, they diagnosed our cat with a double ear infection. After returning and telling them these meds aren't working instead of taking further measures to ensure it was infact an ear infection they preceded to prescribe more meds. Then said they would follow up with a referral to NC State which they never did. We proceeded to go to another vet to get refered and come to find out while lolly gagging around with this place he actually has a tumor on his brain which was causing the circling and head tilt in which we kept advising them of.
If you're fine and dandy with low level service then proceed with care of this poorly coordinated facility with under educated "skilled" veterinarians.
