Amazing staff! Jennifer, Brett, Christine, Diana and Emily all contributed to a great experience! 3 other ladies whose names I didn’t catch in the lobby as well! I left there feeling enlightened and empowered starting my small business! I left stank of America feeling lost and confused!

I have been coming to this location since they closed the Graham office and have always been treated very well by everyone. Great staff and are always ready to help you with whatever you need.

I’ve never had to actually speak to anyone at the bank usually I do everything online. But the one time I had to really disappointed. The customer service is horrendous here. Very unfortunate will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love coming to this branch! I just walked in and they handled their afternoon rush so efficiently and enthusiastically! They constantly checked in with clients who had an extended wait time and they used team work to help me with my request! Also, I didn’t catch her name but the young lady working the lobby addressed all clients by name and it was the best warm feeling one could ever get from a banking experience!

Went in on Monday to open a checking account where I was told I need a specific banker to help me with that and none were coming in today and the earliest appointment they could schedule me for after 3pm was Friday almost a entire week out.

I’m always greeted with a smiles and friendly service but the drive thru is ridiculously slow. I have been sitting in the line for 35 minutes now 10 of which the teller took my money to make a payment on an account and hasn’t returned.

Not the welcoming atmosphere I have seen at the Wells Fargo near by. You should make sure you go to the restroom before you go there to complete your banking transaction if it’s going to take a while. They have no public restrooms. Warm hellos and smiles, background music and availability of a restroom would be nice. An ”aware” manager might be nice for this location. When you own a business, you notice these things and the potential for change, especially considering the options near by.

As a small business owner my experience has been terrible. I have been sitting here for 2 hours waiting to be allowed to withdraw cash from my business account. This is my first experience with accessing my business account funds. When I ask what’s taking so long I keep getting different excuses. Completely incompetent. Would leave a 0 if possible. I will be closing this account and going elsewhere.

As a business owner I am disgusted with their business practices!! Beware!!! Their ATM malfunctioned and I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money? Worst banking experience ever!

Told me she couldn’t withdraw money from my pnc prepaid work card inside but I have ALWAYS been able to, cash points charge extra which is why I ALWAYS go through the bank or their atm and the atm wasn’t working which happens but I was out there for about 10 minutes because an out of order sign would’ve just been too much right, teller was rude and not helpful at all. she also took my SIGNED withdrawal money with my card and did not give me back that signed paper

This has been the WORST banking experience out of any bank I have ever used. They do nothing but screw their customers in every way they can.. probably their employees as well considering they only have 3 employees including only one teller
