Postal Connections 220 is a pack and ship store and a whole lot more. It is a fantastic place with a nice clean atmosphere and exceptional, excellent customer service. The staff is always incredibly helpful, kind, prompt, professional, and sweet, going above and beyond to make needs stress-free and straightforward. They assist with all sorts of tasks, ensuring everything is perfect. Services include mailbox rentals; packing and shipping for USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL; notary services; fax; copies; a full-service print shop; home and small office supplies; key duplicating; fingerprinting; and a self-service photo kiosk. They are highly recommended for all printing, mailing, notarizing, and shipping needs.
I recently had an issue with a FedEx package not being delivered. With much back and forth with trackings, emails, and phone calls, we were able to resolve the problem. Thank, Dwaine, for working with me with much kindness and respect.
