Had to have some legal documents printed, notarized, and mailed. Went to office depot to print and then the bank to notarize. Bank couldn't do it but told me about postal connections. I should have went there first. Its a nice clean little place with a cool atmosphere that did the notary and mailed off my documents. They could have printed them too! If you need things printed, mailed, notarized, or even house keys, then go to Postal Connections!

I brought my package to this location on 1/31/23 to be sent over night and be delivered 2/1 by 10am it cost me $54.93 for this service. It is now 2/2/23 and the deed package we sent for the closing has not arrived and says it is stuck in Memphis, TN now our closing is going to be delayed ! this is not acceptable in any way. I am beyond angry. when I called the store they passed the buck to fed ex and said the this is not there problem it is a fed ex issue. no refund offered is wrong. I will not be back. I should have gone to the UPS store this is shameful treatment of there customers. I can not even get some one on the phone at fedex.this is horrible customer service do not use this place or Fedex they will let you down.

Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Also fast! Drop off your letters by 3:30 pm. Postal Worker(s) will pick up @ 3:30pm to take mail to main post office to be processed and mailed off.

Have been a customer for several years. Always amazed how I will go in to get one errand done, and I am able to get 3 errands done with all the services they provide! Have used them to get items notarized, projects bound, signs printed for work and of course all my shipping needs. One stop shopping, with outstanding customer service that always goes the extra mile, I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great place. A one stop shop for many of your business needs. I used a notary, printed a flyer and Laminated it, got a business mailbox all in 15 minutes. Next week they will print my business cards. So glad I stopped by. Thanks for great service.

Buyer beware if you use this store for shipping. We shipped two computers to two states, and they mixed up the labels. We were told that because we didn't watch the entire packing process and watch them put on the labels, it's not their problem. We watched them make the boxes, put in the computers and throw the correct label into each one. I didn't know we had to micromanage them to protect ourselves. That would have required going into the back of the store anyway, which is not allowed.

I typically use Postal Connections for all of my business needs. However, today I was charged $1 per page to scan a document. I've done some research and have learned it costs between 7-11 cents to scan a page. For anyone else looking for scanning services, Office Depot offers scanning for 25 cents per page.
