I rarely ever leave reviews but I will NEVER come back to this place again. It’s actually pretty upsetting to me because I’ve been coming to this place for years. I even had my mom and coworker coming here. Lately something has been off with them and I wanted to extend grace but after today, I will no longer come here. First red flag was when the guy got upset when I said he didn’t scrub my feet good enough (they were rough like he didn’t touch them). Secondly, the owner got nasty towards me when I asked about them painting my daughter’s nails. Lastly, today the owner did my nails and she was very rude and jerking on my fingers. She nicked me more than 3 times and didn’t finish my top coat. Instead she made the guy do it. When time for payment the guy reached for my card without telling me the total. I asked before handing it to him and he got rude with me. He handed me back my card by tossing it on the counter. The only one that has always been professional is the lady that sits in the front. I will never come again.

Don't understand why you can't stay with the nail tech you prefer. Ryan does a great job but I guess the girl there wanted my tips. Had new tips put on and a week later most had fallen off. Never again!

Had a full set put on 2 weeks ago with clear gel polish. They started lifting not long after I got them done. So, I just popped them right off. Done by Tracy and I will never go back.Services: Acrylic nails

I just love Tracy and her work is awesome I have been around to all the nail shops here in Burlington trying to find the right one for the last 2 years I have been here and for the last year I have been coming here and Tracy does a wonderful job she is the only one that I allow to do my manicure and pedicure if your looking for a good nail tech she is the right one also prices are terrific not being over charged or nails breaking off in a few daysServices: Manicure
