Went to fill up my tires and the credit card machine wasn't working. Went in to get quarters, used those, but the whole machine was apparently broken. I then tried to get my money back and the guy wouldn't refund it. The thing that gets me is that he knew it was broken, but still gave me the quarters for it. I asked him to put an out of order sign on it and he just said "not my business." If this is how shell employees treat their customers, I'm not going back.

I just buyed a beer here at it tasted bad also the expiration date is scratched out . Guy didn’t give me receipt at register I came in a hour ago. Look at the expiration date before buying beer here people my advice

Gave up buying here. Pumps decline my AMEX cc which works everywhere else. Just wanted some no E gas. A Shell thing. Noticed all reviews here are very old.

I've never had problems with this store. Same ol overpriced snacks and drinks everyone has. I usually like this station, until I was bicycling by one night and pulled in to get a water. All the lights still on, someone in the store,etc...I pull up in my bicycle, get to the door, and the big woman working in there wouldn't let me in just to get a drink. Now, I worked at shell before, and the registers don't just cut off. So it was purely her not wanting just one more customer. 91 degrees out, and ran out of water. Maybe if she got some excersize she would understand. Thank you shell, and thank you big'n!

I go in mostly because the employees are just so pleasant ... haven’t come across a grouch yet ... the store is clean and well maintained, prices are as expected and never have to wait in line to get to a pump outside ...

Largest shell in Burlington. Clean and offers ethanol free gas. Look for the blue!
