Placed an order online on Dec 11. I did reach out to them on 2 different occasions with questions wondering if the item would make it before Christmas because USPS was not updating their tracking info. Once through phone and once through email and both times they were extremely helpful and nice. I appreciate their great customer service on such busy days and I will be purchasing from them again.

Found the Uggs I wanted in my size and choice of color when they were sold out elsewhere. Ordered on a Saturday and they arrived by Thursday. They are authentic and I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping!

Buyers beware when ordering from their online store! Placed an order a week ago and have not been given an update since, their online store states to email them for assistance as their in store representatives cannot help with online orders over the phone. After receiving a bogus response through their email, I haven't heard back from them. I did research on this store before ordering as it had plenty of good reviews for their in store service. Unfortunately that is not the case for online orders. Very misleading, won't order from them again.

they never shipped my item that supposedly was guaranteed for delivery before the holidays, so I never received it. I called and emailed with no luck either. The manager and staff kept giving me a run-around, blaming the currier when the whole time the item was not even dropped off to them for shipment. I understand that during the holiday rush things can happen, but they didn’t even offer any remedy to make things right. My daughter was left without a present for the holidays, and they wouldn’t offer any options like a rushed delivery or something. I could’ve ordered anywhere but because they kept telling me the item was coming, they wasted my time. Mediocre and careless approach to customers and business.

I’m seeing all these high reviews with folks saying how quick their items were shipped but I’m not sure why it took 9 days for mine to ship. Their website clearly stated that orders needed to be placed by December 15th to arrive before Christmas so I decided to give even more of a cushion and I ordered them on the 10th. A week later, I had yet to receive a shipment notification so I tried to call the number from the order confirmation email but it turns out it’s just the number to the physical store and was told that the online center has no customer service line, only an email address that had a turn around response time of 2-4 days. Finally received a response on December 19th!!! saying my items were barely being sent out that day. Tracking number now shows my package wont be here until after Christmas. I get it, holiday rush and all but in a situation like this where I ordered well in advance, the least they could have done was give me a call and mention that for whatever reason my item was experiencing a serious delay and give me the option of purchasing expedited shipping at that point to ensure my package gets here in time. Better yet, why not just send it expedited to make up for their own lack of prioritization. I would really like to see if other folks who ordered before the 15th experienced the same issue or if I was just the lucky one. Next time they post a deadline you better be sure to purchase a month before that, then you might have a good chance at getting items in time. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from Solteria anymore.

Ordered on Thursday, shoes arrived on Monday. Super fast shipping especially during the holiday season, so props to them! I recommend buying from them but just keep track of your tracking number because I never got confirmation email but I was able to track my package.

This place is terrible. They take online orders and cannot fulfill them in a timely manner even though it states that they can. Also, they don’t have a system in place to refund your money. They can’t point you into the direction for help besides an email that no one answers. Worse experience ever! Manger can’t help owner unavailable. No product and kept my money ransom. Help me make sense of this!!

Ordered a pair of Uggs from their website. They were shipped in a matter of hours and delivered in two days. Couldn’t ask for much better than that for shipping across the country. 100% authentic Uggs, and great shopping experience.

I have been to this store on a number of occasions and bought hey dudes. Today I was looking for a pair of the UGG Clogs. None of them are out to actually try on so I walk to the register and wait in line and ask a girl for a size 8. She walks to the back and there aren’t any back there, so she goes and gets them out of storage. I am still browsing around, she comes back to me with one shoe, hands it to me and then walks away. I proceed to try it on but it’s hard to tell if you are going to like a shoe without actually walking in it and it’s hard to walk around and actually be able to tell if you are even going to like the shoe with only 1 on and if I’m going to pay over $100 for a pair of shoes I would expect to be able to try on both and not be treated as if I’m going to grab them and run out the door with them. If the store had been incredibly busy maybe I would have understood but there was one other person in there at this point. I tried on the shoe and decided to purchase but didn’t know what to do because the girl had left the box and other shoe behind the counter and I had no idea. If you guys have a high volume of shoplifters maybe have your employees stay with the customer while they try them on, especially when there aren’t a lot of shoppers in there like when I was there. This just left a bad taste in my mouth when I had previously loved your store. And I actually don’t like the UGGS that I bought once I was able to actually walk around in them in my house, so will be trying to sell them online.

The sales clerk knew the friend that I had brought there. The clerk was very knowledgeable about the store inventory and worked to find a pair of shoes that would fit and be pleasing to my friend. I also observed her being very engaging with the customer she was already helping when we arrived at the store.
