I will never use spectrum ever again. The technicians are lazy and would much rather put a quick temporary fix on an issue then actually take their time and do what’s actually needed. Horrible service.

They need help bad! There were 2 people working but at least 15 people waiting to be helped, even to just drop off equipment. The wait took FOREVER!

I'm not even sure what this store is here for, certainly not to help customers. I guess if I was wanting to add service or get a cell phone, I could have all the help I need. If you're trying to fix a problem or return equipment, they are no help at all. After you lug the equipment to the store, they say, "oh, we don't accept equipment here. You need to go to the UPS store where they'll be happy to take your return". So, you have to lug the equipment back to your car, drive several miles down the road, lug it into another store to return it for credit. With that kind of customer service, it's amazing they have any customers. Also, just so you know, under "Spectrum Terms and Conditions of Service - Spectrum does not provide credits for monthly subscription services that are cancelled prior to the end of the current billing month." So, don't expect a pro-rated bill for the days you actually use the service. You get to pay 100% of the full bill and they get to keep your money for the days you didn't use.No wonder the streaming services are kicking their butts!!

I don't know what's going on with this particular office but they are lazy and disrespectful. 2 years ago they didn't take my box for a return, I remember calling customer service and they said that the office should have taken the box. Yesterday I came back to this office to return a box thinking they are doing the right thing now and that the workers are now well trained for customer service and their products but NOT, just like a deja vu they are still rude and lazy, as soon as they saw me walking with the box they didn't take the time to call me to the window (after I registered) instead this man just screamed to me that if it is a return and not an exchange that I need to go a UPS store "they will gladly take that box for you". No wonder why this office is always empty and they love it like that since they are getting paid for doing nothing.

Wow how does a company like spectrum doesn't allow you to return equipment at there stores now they tell me I have to go to ups store and return it's your product you take it I shouldn't have to drive all over North Carolina to drop off equipment most aggravating place of business I have dealt with

If I had other internet options, I would 100% not be using Spectrum. Constant problems with this local store when it comes to trying to get things fixed. They don't have respect for their customers and give false information. I pray for the day that another company comes to this area so I don't have to resort to this horrible service and store anymore
