Salesman with pony tail, very rude and would not help with a phone we bought in store a month ago. He called manager and basically told him (in front us) laughing and rude. They would not even call Samsung advised to have Spectrum would give us a new phone or loaner. Spectrum would not even though we bought phone in their store. AGAIN VERY RUDE!!!

The Burlington location is HORRIBLE. The long wait times to return equipment is unacceptable, not to mention ppl walking in get pushed up in the line! This is not my first encounter with this place. So glad to be done with Spectrum!!

Terrible. Unbelievable service here at this location! The employees are very slow at what they do. They literally stand around and talk to each other and they just look at the costumers as if someone else suppose to come and help them. I waited and hour plus before I decided to walk out and go to another store. SAVE your time and go to another location. You will wait for a long time

BEWARE!!! Spectrum has no integrity!!! Someone set up an internet & mobile account in my name fraudulently 1.5 years after I canceled internet service with Spectrum, and Spectrum charged me $150 for this mobile account that I never setup and never activated.. Either this is a Spectrum scam, or they have an employee/agent setting up fraudulent accounts to make money off it somehow! Don't trust them!!! Once they have your info, they can set up an account and start charging you without your knowledge. They are charging me for this fraudulent account that was never activated by me nor used by me, even according to their records. My mom & I have had a mobile account family plan with AT&T for 5 years and have been happy with it.

I went today, 5/7/2023. The customer service inside the store was terrible! They lied to the old man in front of me to get him out of the store faster, and then laughed about it afterwards! They didn’t try to help one single person and were extremely rude! I needed to get my modem and router replaced and the large man groaned about having to go and get it. Lazy!!

Customer service is very bad and very slow in your center. You want to hire more for the sake of customers. Also, the monthly subscription prices change according to your desire and do not abide by the contract between you and the customer.

Service sucks horrible at communicating information everyone you speak to in store or on the phone all give different information! Absolutely terrible! Go somewhere else save yourself the trouble and being ripped off!

Technical support failed to fix my internet, I almost gave up.. came to this location and waited long asss time to exchange my router.. 30 Mins in with the line not moving.. I gave up. Gon return my equipment and cancel service. Don't waste your time.. change to a better service people

The waiting at this store is unacceptable. The employees just stand around and talk to each other that extends the time during my visit I waited an hour and a half and watched 15 people walk out of the building.

Absolute disappointment. The workers give mixed messages which cause and veryarge waste of time and uneedee stress in life. Sure, spectrum might be a good service but this place will not help you well in my experience.

The retail store in Burlington sucks. The bill kiosk is broken. Why is that not fixed it has been down a while ( like months). People waiting to be seen and the 4 reps that are working has no care in the world about time management. They are taking more then an hour with each customer as the lobby is getting full. They have no scene of urgency at all. Why did I have to wait over an hour just to pay a bill. Why not have a desiccated person just to take payments? This place is a big disappointment. I hope they find workers who are interested in helping the customers in a timely manner

I didn't stay long. I was only returning equipment but what bothered me was that no one said anything. They would have let me sit all that time. I went on my phone to see if there were dropoff locations and found UPS store. Someone should have said something or there should be a notice telling people that. On a good note; I love the layout of this new store. much better location than Huffman Mill Rd across from Holly Hill Mall

Picked up internet equipment from this store and have had constant internet issues ever since. They sent me tv and internet equipment that I did not order and sent back they are stating it hasn’t been returned when it has. Internet constantly going out. Store refuses to take back equipment that spectrum tells you to return there.

2 customer service reps working with dozens of people waiting. Not good. Many people complaining about being here multiple times over weeks with issues. If there were another internet broadband choice available to me i would take it. Poor

Returned equipment and 2 days later sending me a notice to return equipment. Nice try . I have my video and print out.Still took too long. Customer service was good though
