I posted my vehicle for sale on FB many people reached out, but MO from Fords purchasing team was by far the easiest and most pleasant to work with. He made the process extremely easy from start to finish with a couple days. There was drivers at my door, ready to pick up my vehicle.Most importantly, mowing his team gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you have a vehicle to sell when I’m ready to buy I will definitely be reaching out to the dealership.

Had my 2018 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid for sale on Facebook Marketplace for about a week when Stearns Ford (Mo Sayed) contacted me about buying my vehicle, They offered me $2000.00 over what another dealership was willing to give me when I bought a new vehicle. Even though it is not what I wanted I thought it was a reasonable offer and I accepted. They even came to me to pick up the vehicle which was a 3 hour drive for them. I whole process went extremely smooth. THANKS!!!

Very easy and seamless process. Mo showcased professionalism and his responsiveness was top-notch. Easiest transaction I’ve ever had with a dealership. Great job and highly recommended!I believe I accidentally submitted another review without a rating so if true disregard the other rating. They are 6 star service!

As far as dealership experiences go this one was probably the best. Kelvin is a great salesman, makes things clear and the process seemed pretty transparent. Dustin in finance is great too. Was really happy taking my GT back home!

I had a great experience here last week. Jeff Grey made the entire process very easy! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. The financial paperwork part was easy as well. He explained everything from beginning to end was completely prepared when I walked into his office. I love all the organization!

Received an offer from Mo online for my vehicle and I was skeptical. Contacted Stearns and confirmed that Mo worked for them and that the offer was legitimate. Communication was excellent and the buying team came to me with the paperwork, check and to pickup the car. Transaction was quick and I was able to cash the check. Mo and buying team were friendly, courteous and professional. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Service was easy to schedule, I arrived a bit early and they took my truck right away. Was getting Oil change and state inspection. They made sure I was clear on what the cost was going to be before they started the work (I had free oil changes available, but only at a specific, different, dealership which I was aware of, but nice of them to double check). Services were completed much quicker than I anticipated and all the staff were very friendly. Thanks!

I thoroughly enjoyed buying our used Ford Escape Hybrid from Canden at Stearns Ford. No games, no pressure and super friendly guy and dealership. He had us in an out within a couple hours. Gave us a good deal on a good car and made us a deal on our trade in. Truly one of our best car buying experiences!

Service department was outstanding. Last year, we carried our commercial van to another Ford dealership that could not fix the problem. They kept it for a month. The service department at Starnes was able to fix the issue the first time on the appointment day. A+ team that communicated well. Will definitely use them again!

I love taking our vehicles here for service. We have dealt with Sam many times and he is not only courteous, responsive and explains things to us well, he also doesn’t try to upsell things we don’t need. Just fix what needs to be fixed quickly and that’s what keeps us coming back. Labor is definitely a bit more than other shops but it is always done right and I have never once felt that they were being dishonest or looking for problems, which is rare at a mechanic. The oil change for my husbands truck is also cheaper here than a 30 minute oil change place, for what that’s worth. 10/10 will keep coming here for things and Sam is the best!

Amazing customer service from the service department. Needed to service a family Mustang, however I am visiting from out of town and have no assistance. The service team pivoted and helped with valet service during my visit to the area. Team members were accommodating and respectful. Will definitely return!

My husband and I bought a Ford F-150 XL about two years ago. I was very reluctant to make this purchase, but I wanted support my husband who is a Ford person. So far there has been a recall, dipstick (noticed a lot of oil being used), door sensor replaced, air conditioner box replaced. By now we should have gotten rid of this truck.Let me tell you why we haven’t.EVERYTIME we’ve called or had a face to face conversation with any of the service members, we were alway treated with respect, and our concerns mattered.There was always communication between service member (Sam) and us. No work was done unless we were called and we approved what needed to be done.But by far the most impressive thing about Stern Fords service department members, was when we had to have our air conditioner box replaced and our extended warranty was stating that this job was not covered. I quickly called Sterns finance manager and talked with him about my concerns with our extended warranty and believe me, I was about in tears because the extended warranty company was refusing to cover this job, and there was no way we could pay the cost out of pocket. The finance manager and service member reassured me that they would look into what could be done and to trust them. That was very hard for me to do, because I had doubts, but I did. These two two men helped us with dealing with our warranty issues and communicated with us every step of the way.Long story short, our truck is fixed and our warranty covered expenses.This may not seem like much but to us, it means a lot to us to know we can put our trust again back into Sterns Ford staff of Burlington NC !!!THANK YOU staff ? and please don’t ever change !

Bought a car here. It came with 3 free oil changes. Took the car up there they didn’t fill washer fluid up, didn’t rotate tires like I asked and the day after my oil light came on. Talked to Chad the service manager, he said they only fill all cars to the minimum line. I knew that was a lie. I took it back again, still they filled it to minimum line so I called back and left a message twice for the General Manager to call me back. Of course he didn’t. Horrible customer service and I will never go there again for anything.
