This place has been known to be outwardly racist towards any people of color. The times I have drove through the drive through, the workers who are predominantly White will on purpose serve White people before they serve someone else that is not their race. In addition, I signed a check that was mine for my partner to deposit in her bank account just for the lady to tell her I had to be present or on the account, which was a lie. She told the lady she has not had this issue anywhere else except for this location, which the lady said well go to another location. I don’t know who you guys think you are, but this is not how you treat people, and soon you will find yourself with a lawsuit against you guys because the other location took my check and deposited in her bank account without any issues or without interrogation. In addition, my partner’s grandfather is a former judge, so you never know who you’re being rude or discriminating against.

This place has a rude teller being rude to costumers that are not her skin color. Came to cash a check asked for two forms of id showed them and still maid a big fuss and said that I needed more proof even after I showed my bank card from another bank still declined me service and the manager agreed with the way she was talking and acting towards me sad to say have to choose better employees to keep a place of business to be more creative when it comes to costumer service because being rude will take you so far.. people skills need to be introduced to this branch quickly and in a hurry.. have too do better @Truist ...

Made a typo on a $20,000 certified check. Waited to get a new check and when the payee attempted to cash it, was told it didn't exist, despite being in hand! Payee had to spend hours trying to get the money. Truist is no prize and this branch is absolutely terrible.

Until today, loved the staff. Sharize the manager(?) Oh my! Rude, CYA very loudly and told me what I heard and what I was thinking. Spoke over me, said loudly that I was asking for another person's info(!) Lied! Said she knew the the conversation that I had experienced the last time I was in. (From behind a closed door in her office across the room from the tellers) Originally I called for assurance on the security of my accounts that I am moving to another bank.

Not one to write Google Reviews, but disgusted with Suntrust Bank. Never tried them before, but this time. Never again. Stay far away. Took a significant amount of money from my wife's grandmother to open an account. 10 days later, I found out the account has been closed for no reason and they can provide no explanation at all, including the Branch Manager. Just say that the funds in the account will be returned to us in the mail in 14 business days. This lady trusted this institution with her money and had not made a single other transaction. Yet they lock up her money for at least two weeks and can't even tell us why. I have never in my life...will do my best to keep others from Suntrust and experiencing this. Corporate told us to go to the branch, and the branch couldn't give us any information either. Now I'm just praying the money shows up...eventually...

In trying to resolve some online issues, I talked to Leo that works there. I could not have asked for a more kind, patient, and knowledgeable person. He was wonderful. I highly recommend this branch.

My calim was denied after it was clear as day that my information had been stolen, they gave me the information to file a calim and it was denied they stated that i had to go to the police department since my chip was used in a store that i NEVER go to! MY CARD WAS WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME THAT WEEK!! DONE WITH THIS BANK!!!!!!!

Inside service is awful. Tried to make a payment and forgot my stub at home, lady did not want to look my account up... will not be coming to this location anymore.
